Poor food choice for vegetarians
Conflicting info by staff as told chefs can make something vegetarian but restaurant staff not interested. Told to go to buffet restaurants where we can get salads.
Otherwise hotel was good for activities and entertainment
The elevator is extremely slow and crowded during high season. The room was spacious, room service was great. There are a lot of seaweeds/grass on the beach of the hotel due to a lot of commercial ferry ports nearby. The hotel has 11 restaurants which is the best part of my stay! Will probably go back to the Pyramid because they have nicer beach. And pls note! There is no free wifi in room, you can only use free wifi in the lobby.
We got a big clean room with a nice view. Beds are comfortable. We were given free WIFI for 3 devices and the WIFI is strong. It is all inclusive and the food are great especially the White Box. We also like the buffet, the cafe and the ala carte restaurant. We enjoyed our stay here.
The hotel room was very nice and the.staff is the best wide variety of activities however there was no wifi in the room you have to sit in the lobby or pay for the wifi.
Food was mediocre at best. Seemed like it was pre-made and cooked in a microwave. Beach is dirty and near the inlet to a marina. Wifi does not exist in the rooms unless you want to pay an exorbitant fee. Would recommend something other than Oasis.
Hotel has very goid service, restaurants, even gormet restaurants, permanent maintenance, saeveral daily shows all of them very good,
You could not ask for more, located close to the city where you could visit malls, not to far from the airport and beside swimming pools an excellent beach with quiet warm an very transparent sea water
Los meseros muy amables al igual que todo el personal las instalaciones muy bonitas muchos eventos y areas de recreacion muy familiar mi familia quedo muy contenta
Very nice simple hotel with nice beach setting.
Great pool area and beach front.
Rooms are nice staff was ok.
Food was good depending on your eating habits. Recommend hotel price was responsible for all inclusive.
Terrible, no AC, WI only in the lobby,
Same food every day, all cold foods were warm, cheeses were melting from the heat, no ice to protect them cold,
The beach was very dirty,

the room was clean, and fridge well stocked.
we were told at checkout that we had two free massages with our stay. That would have been nice to know when we arrived. The phone started ringing at 8:00A.M. wanting us to buy travel packages.

Hospedagem Familiar
Hotel bom , serviço e atendimento bom os funcionários às vezes incomodavam um pouco insistindo muito cedo para limpeza do quarto mesmo o mesmo estando ocupado
The check in was horrible the staff couldn't find our reservations, the restaurants were a joke the drinks were awful the beach was full and the staff was grouchy and unfriendly
We just came back from Cancun on 07/05/16. So as you can see this is very recent! We initially booked the Grand Oasis Palm, but due to a mix-up or better said a lack of organization from the Oasis chain, our rooms were not available so they moved us to the Oasis Sens. I must mention that we were a big group of 10, 8 were moved to Sens and the other 2 had to stay at Grand Oasis because their room was available, so they said that since with the bracelets we can visit each other's hotel we should be ok. First of all, the hotels weren't even close to each other! when I asked if they would pay for transportation back and forth they said "the bus is only 10 pesos" excuse me? the bus? uh no!! this was their mistake and they were expecting us to suffer for it! after a lot of arguing they said they would move this couple to our hotel 2 days later, since we wanted to enjoy the place and not waste our time arguing we agreed. When we got to the Sens the lobby and rooms were SUPER HOT! according to them the AC "just" broke that morning but they were working on fixing it, needless to say, that never happened. Then the 3rd day there was no light nor water in the whole hotel for hours! Super rude and useless staff because nobody will even try to fiz the issue when its clearly the hotel's fault.

Decent resort on an inlet not the ocean.
The service was very nice. Hotel staff was helpful and courteous. The beds were very uncomfortable. The coffee shop dolidnt open until 730an which to me is not acceptable. A coffee shop should open no later than 530am. Prepare to use the stairs a lot. The elevators are very small and always full. The buffets were okay. The ala Carte restraunts were always completely booked. Bars were difficult to get a beverage from because the were always full with usually only one bar tender.
Overall experience was nice. Good family resorts - would recommend any adult only groups stay in the Grand Oasis Sens as there are a lot of families/children at the other sites
Staff mostly nice although often forget what you have asked for. Also the hote management quite rude in my experience as I don't think they are used to dealing with the guests directly
Also bear in mind that they will try to sell you into a time share disguised as a tour at the beginning of your stay
Good location & hotel - however Grand Oasis Cancun better hotel
Check-in took a while with requesting double-beds 3 times. But in the end we got a room on the 9th floor ocean view. That was amazing! Beach was very nice, calm and shallow water but be aware of sting rays!! Food was pretty good. Our favorite was the White Box gastrobar. Absolutely amazing food and service! Bravo! Careyes was very nice and formal. I read in the previous reviews that there were lines at restaurants and you had to wait 30 mins. Well that's not true! The only line I ever saw was at Dos Lunas buffet and only at certain times. There are other places to eat if that place has a line so no big deal!
Spa was not bad. Friendly staff and always happy to see you as a client. But if you want to get braids, do them at the beach from a local person. They charge way less and do good job.

staff need training in customer service
When we got there the hotel looked beautiful and welcoming, I had read reviews about the elevators and we expected the long waits no big deal... My family and I all agree that the food needs much improvement it was the same everyday and no big wow factor it might have been much better if the food was kept at a decent temperature.. Food was not even warm!!! The waiters rarely came to see what we wanted to drink so we had to go get our drinks and our plates were just sitting at our table for the most part.... I did mention to the hostess about the food and all she shad to say well you have other options wow..... I needed assistance with my confirmation of flight and went to concierge and he looked at me like I was asking for the impossible even said you want me to do what???? He then said I can't do it for you you have to go to the business center and do it yourself!!! I have been to many hotels and concierge is always able to assist with these small details!! Our room had no hot water for 2 days until we complained then miraculously we had hot water! Not staffed properly in the pool and beach areas cause we seldom got a drink from a waiter we usually had to go get our own drinks! Anytime we asked for information it was usually rerouted to someone else and had to figure it out ourselves!! Wow lifestyle people hound you every chance they get! I am not interested in time shares..... The property is beautiful but customer service for me is important!!!
The room we had was great with beautiful view over the beach. The hotel has very friendly staff. On the day we checked out, our flight was cancelled. The hotel customer service girl booked an earlier flight for us. That saved the day.

Good room, once they managed to get us a room
Visited rooms 4 times to find one that: wasn't occupied, had 2 beds, the key would open. 8th room ended up walking up and down stairs to room. Elevator was slow, long lines for it and at one point we got stuck in elevator.
Buffets were poor quality.
Internet was not free!!! Eventually when we complained, a Lifestyle rep told us we should have been given a free access code. Very spotty service when we got online.
We were not aware that we needed to pay for our cases on AA flight, total out of $100, then they loose our cases for the rest of the day. Not happy about that.
Also need to book own a airport/ hotel connections, another $50.
Be careful when booking so called 'inclusive package to read the small print!
