Very nice property with the right location. Everything you need to see in Bacalar is 5 to 6 minutes drive. Very centric, clean and Jose was very helpful.

It was great! Communication upon your arrival, great room and with a pool! The only thing is you have to cross the highway in order to get to the lagoon, besides that everything was perfect.

The facilities of the Family Suite were very well designed and equipped. However, the common areas such as the stairs and hallways require cleaning. The main issue during both nights was the noise. With no security staff on duty, there was no rest at all—parties went on until 3 AM. The issue was reported, but no proper follow-up was given. There were speakers, mariachi music, and people in the pool outside the allowed hours. Due to this lack of control, I will not be returning.

The apartment was very clean and attractive. There was a problem getting into the building as no one answered the door even though I came when I told them I’d be there. I had to wait in the heat outside for about 10 minutes and their voicemail wasn’t set up to receive messages. The pool was turning green on our first day, then became more green on the second. They did clean it on the third day, however. Since there’s a kitchen in the unit, there should be a proper cutting board. There were knives, spatulas and other things to make breakfast but it was weird not having something to cut fruits and vegetables on. Also, having salt would be nice. But overall, it was fine and the bed was comfy and water pressure was good.

Points nĂ©gatifs: - trĂšs mal insonorisĂ© (omme plusieurs hĂŽtels au Mexique), nous entendons les camions de la rue principale toute la nuit - odeur d'humiditĂ© persistante dans la chambre, trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able mĂȘme le lendemain matin - prise de courant non installĂ©e (trou dans le mur), finition bĂąclĂ©e - piscine avec eau trouble - shampoing qui ne mousse pas et aucun revitalisant (impossible de se laver les cheveux longs) - pas de lampe sur table de chevet, seulement des spots au plafond (impossible de lire ou lire) - seulement une prise pour charger les cellulaires - pas de rĂ©ceptionniste autre que la femme de mĂ©nage qui ne parle que l'espagnol - entrĂ©e Ă  l'avant barrĂ©e (il faut rentrer par l'arriĂšre, aucune indication) - trĂšs petit TV et difficile Ă  regarder Ă  partir du lit, une taille plus adĂ©quate aurait Ă©tĂ© logique - rapport qualitĂ©-prix dĂ©cevant (le nom de l'hĂŽtel est "deluxe", nous cherchons pourquoi) - secteur Ă©loignĂ© du centre oĂč sont les principaux restaurants Points positifs: - trĂšs grande chambre - jolie petite cour avec piscine, chaises longues - lit et oreiller confortable

Ein sehr schönes großes Apartment mit einem tollen hellen Schlafzimmer. FĂŒr uns als Familie war es wunderbar gerĂ€umig. Der Pool ist in ein paar schritten zu erreichen. Die menschen vor Ort waren stets höflich und angenehm.

Pire séjour à Bacalar

Nous avons attendus 10min Ă  la porte avant que l’on vienne nous ouvrir. Le numĂ©ro de tĂ©lĂ©phone indiquĂ© ne fonctionnait pas. L’appartement donnĂ© Ă©tait correct mais le bon nombre d’ustensiles de vaisselles n’avait pas Ă©tĂ© vĂ©rifiĂ© (manquait 2 verres, 2 assiettes, les tasses, casserole
). Tous les ustensiles sont en plastique et en Ă©tat plus que passable. Nous avons du rĂ©clamer les indications pour la propriĂ©tĂ©, car rien ne nous a Ă©tĂ© donnĂ© une fois les clefs remises. C’est Ă  vous de vous dĂ©brouiller sur place. Personne n’est Ă  l’accueil, nous n’avons croisĂ© quelqun que pour le Check in/out. Le numĂ©ro de tĂ©lĂ©phone ne rĂ©pond jamais. La piscine est rarement filtrĂ©e (pourtant le courant fonctionne) et pas nettoyĂ©e (vu que personne ne passe dans ce resort) L’appartement est grand mais trĂšs sonore (portes, electro mĂ©nager, pluie) Les chiens abois une partie de la nuit et nous entendions tout. La plupart des chambres ne sont pas occupĂ©es ni rangĂ©es ou entretenue si vous n’ĂȘtes pas dedans. TrĂšs excentrĂ©, difficile de trouver des taxis juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©.
