Best not too arrive too late in the evening (NLT 6pm) otherwise it can be tricky getting into the car park. My room was far too small and if you asked me if I could swing a cat, well ...the cat would come off bruised and battered unfortunately. Ideally the room I stayed in should only have a single bed not a double. Bathroom was good. There are too many lights on the roof when you turn the light off to go to sleep, a blue one for Wifi and two green lights for fire alarms I'm guessing.

The lack of a lift to the second floor made it difficult to carry cases up to the room. The water from the shower ended up on most of the bathroom floor. The quality of the sound from the TV was poor. It would be helpful to have a rear entrance to the hotel from the car park. We could not get the air conditioner to heat the room. The central location was very good.

Modern and clean

The location was right on Main Street. Very clean and modern inside. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. Secure car park. Very new and nice.

Well what a wonderful experience I had staying at the hotel.. Thank You Mr Costello for a memorable stay.Definitely a 5 star experience .. Cannot wait to see the development finished off in due course..Would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to anyone heading to Port Augusta..

One night stand

Stayed here for night. Whole room was very recently fully refurbished. Some small things like bathroom sliding door unhinged and still have installation stickers on mirror and sink. Pillows were a bit soft. But otherwise all brand new and ver clean. Not much vibe but good for a short stay. Self check in was smooth.

Great apartment but difficulties

Loved the apartment itself - spacious, new furniture, modern, tasteful and clean. However, parking was a distance from the front door and once inside, you are faced with a lot of stairs. This is a problem.

Check in what just awful……..email with codes did not come. Tried phone call 10 times but not connecting, let alone answer! Sitting outside property wondering where else we might stay that night - absolutely hopeless. Eventually got a phone connection to lovely lady Kim who sent the codes on - what a difficult process of accessing a 2 star property! The room was small….not even a wardrobe space or rack. The bathroom was so very small and difficult to work in. At least the room, bathroom and the bed appeared to be clean!! Would not recommend this property or the checking in process. Will not return to this property.
