The place is nice and neat. Check-in was easy because everything is done online. In terms of asking for assistance, they are quick to respond through email. If you like to explore Porto, I recommend driving as the nearest metro station is about a 14-minute walk.

The bedding’s is confortable. smell a bit special in the building. The codes to enter are not convenient, better a card. The constant traffic in front make impossible to open the windows. The snack is good and helpful, but could also take cash and not only credit cards. Maids nice and friendly. As well as the night auditor.(he’s been helpful as the codes changed the first night).

Amazing suite. Private apartment in a new large building that is very quite large and aesthetic. The room was well appointed and included a large windows and a massive balcony. Stayed two nights with an baby and we enjoyed it very much. Parking was free and the kitchen was stocked with essentials.

Came in very late with kids the concierge support person was right there trying to get us in, our phones where dead kids tired so he managed to get us inside into the room. We were exhausted from the day’s activities thank goodness he was on top of it! I highly recommend this place!

This was an excellent stay! I found it after a previous hotel overbooked itself and canceled on me the same day as my reservation. Booking the reservation with Nona was straightforward, as was paying the tourist tax online, which was a relief when I was already so frazzled. The instructions for check in/check out came in promptly and were very clear. The apartment was clean and cute with a spaceous balcony. I also appreciated having a small stove, microwave oven, minifridge and dishwasher since I prefer to cook at least a little on trips. There's an organic grocery where all the workers are pretty fluent in English within a 5 minute walk of the place, as well as several public transit stops, restaurants, etc. All in all, I enjoyed and appreciated my experience here and felt it was a good value for the money.

This apartment suited our needs and met our expectations. Only issue we experienced was checking in with the code that was somewhat complicated. The initial code did not work. Communication with the property via WhatsApp messaging and phone was excellent and we did get another code BUT when we got to our room it had not been serviced from guests prior. Another phone call and we were promptly relocated to another apartment. Apartment was clean and had all the necessary equipment for us to have breakfast and cook a meal. A 15 minute walk to a train station and two stops to a large shopping mall (Norte). We found BOLT (uber) the cheapest and easiest method to get around. Downloaded the app and very simple to use.
