They responded to an inquiry about cleanliness (dirty floor upon check in) immediately. It was a safe entry system! Slowest moving elevator I have ever experienced, LoL! The included breakie was nice to start most days with!

Casa Fernando by Barrio Mexico is an exceptional accommodation in the vibrant Colonia Americana neighborhood. Its prime location offers easy access to numerous restaurants and attractions. While the lively atmosphere from the nearby eateries can result in some noise from music and conversations, I found it to be a minor aspect of the overall experience. The unit itself is spacious and exudes a homely ambiance. Spending Christmas alone in a new city, Casa Fernando provided a welcoming home for my week-long stay, which was perfect for me. A delightful bonus is the complimentary breakfast at Barrio Mexico Cafe, just 1.5 blocks away.

I like conviniences like laundry machine, air conditioner, wifi,private kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and stove. I didn't like very loud and noisy bar that probably belong to the owner of the building. The bar is loud and noisy on weekdays and mostly on weekends. Also dog barking very loudly in the building. Water gets cold during shower which is very annoying. Being new in town I was not given an option to stay longer and was forced out.

I loved my stay here. This is an excellent choice if you're doing an extended visit and want a no-frills place. The area felt safe and had a ton of places to eat. Across the street is a more upscale restaurant. For breakfast and casually hanging out, I'd hit up The Dizzy Pickle. The room has a washer/dryer. The instructions can be confusing, but it was fantastic having it. You can get very dusty walking around. Being able to throw a load in the was excellent. Heads up, if you want it cleaned and dried, it will take a few hours. The only feedback I'd give it is that there weren't a ton of blankets. Though Guadalajara is pretty warm, maybe that's not a big deal. Figuring out how to get into the complex was a bit confusing. The washing machine is in Spanish. You might have a hard time figuring it out. My room was clean and ready for me. The streets around it are busy but didn't keep me up at night. The employees were nice and friendly.

Es para una estancia de paso si no te importa mucho los detalles. El piso me pareció manchado o sucio, poco caudal de agua en la ducha, la lavadora estaba sucia y el cajetin con hongos, sin pastilla o jabón para lavar, mucho ruido por la noche de maquinarias o condensadores en la propiedad de junto que impide dormir antes de las 11pm, le falta una cortina o persiana adicional en el pasillo de entrada (da la sensación de poca privacidad) toallas percudidas o ya muy viejas, sin utensilios de cocina ni trapos, la cama suena cada vez que te mueves por ser de madera...nunca vi la entrada o como a cesar al patio interno que anuncian....no repetiré

Es si no me equivoco en la tercera vez que visito a este lugar Y de verdad, las tres veces he quedado fascinado El lugar es súper cómodo y súper céntrico La atención es increíble tanto del personal que te renta en línea como del personal de apoyo allá en el recinto He ido con mi pareja, todas estas veces y el personal se ha preocupado con que la pasemos bien que contemos con todo lo necesario para un hospedaje tranquilo Me gustaría en algún momento visitar más de sus casas, pero de momento esta experiencia ha sido increíble
