It will be foolish to try and describe the island's exceptional cuisine. One could never do justice to an art form, which has taken hundreds of years to develop.
"Bar Nettuno" in Scopello is the perfect way to begin and end your day. Piero, the owner welcomes all of his drinks to the early hours. "La Tavernetta and" La Terrazza "are also worth mentioning for their stunning views and superb fresh food. Castellammare is a bustling town that is dotted numerous bars and restaurants. Try "La Cambusa" or "Luxor" restaurants both in the marina of Castellammare for seafood Sicilian fish dishes, especially those eaten in the open air, to be definitely savoured.

Calabianca with its turquoise waters and grottos is followed by Guidaloca a sandy, pebbly beach with a limpid sea of ever changing colors. Nearby is Cala Rossa where a pathway leads you down with an underground grotto. Finally, you arrive at the secluded bays and inlets, which form the spectacular Zingaro nature reserve.
