This is a fantastic beach location -- the beach is literally just around the corner.
FREE WIFI available here -- Tennis courts and Free Parking at this holiday complex. This saves the hassle of struggling to park at the beach.

Modern spacious bungalow with large living space, on a charming little complex set in a courtyard, with outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, parking. WIFI available, Freesat UK channels, giving lots of channels
Free Parking for 1 car -- So no need to pay high parking charges at the beach.
Small amount of extra spaces are available - ask about this.

Fantastic beach location --- the beach is literally just around the corner, aswell as local pub, restaurant, take away, shops.
This property can sleep up to 6 guests

Accommodation details :-
SPACIOUS LOUNGE / LIVING SPACE -- with flat screen TV, DVD and FREESAT tv with plenty of channels to choose from , WIFI plenty of comfortable sofas and chairs, dining area, patio doors leading to large patio area with seating, overlooking the courtyard area and swimming pool.

FULLY FITTED KITCHEN --- with everything you could need for your holiday.

Large spacious Bathroom -- with freestanding bath, separate large new shower enclosure, wc and basin with mirror.

FAMILY BEDROOM with double bed and bunk beds, large wardrobe, bedside drawers and bedside lamps

ALSO DOUBLE BEDROOM -- with double bed, large wardrobe, bedside drawers and lamps.

We can accept 1 dog at certain times. Please contact us if you do wish to bring a dog. My cleaning company does charge £59 for this, they do extra cleaning and vacuuming after a dog, incase we have guests with allergies.

OPEN PLAN LOUNGE / DINING SPACE -- with comfortable corner sofa and chairs, laminate flooring throughout, FREESAT TV, Dining table + 6 chairs


This is the perfect beach location --- perfect to relax with family or friends, with the beach just around the corner.
Parking is available for 1 car in the allocated parking space for 1 normal size car. Please contact us if you need to bring additional vehicle, as this is not always available

Easy access, the bungalow was really clean. Lots of useful information given on the area. The communal pool was kept very clean and we would recommend the property and location, everyone was very friendly.

The location is perfect for beach and the communal swimming pool. The property was clean and comfortable although a little bid tired in places. We thought it was good value and we would consider going back.

Also with use of the wonderful swimming pool here and lots of outdoor space to relax .... everyone always loves it here and we offer outstanding value for this beach location ... everyone loves it here and the value we offer, we receive just over a thousand pounds for this weeks stay in the summer holidays ! So absolutely amazing value ! Thanks again for being great guests

Perfect stay

The bungalow and the complex with the swimming pool, tennis courts and location so close to the beach made our stay at the wonderful Mawgan Porth the perfect family holiday.

Lovely pool, nice loungers. Pool area was family friendly although not the grounds. Host was fine and communicated well although the day before we arrived was told the patio door handle was broken therefore not able to use. Also became quite vocal and negative about my mode of transport which was a WV campervan, explained this was not for use during my stay.

Thank you so much for your review... this is a fabulous prime location with the beach literally around the corner. Everyone absolutely loves it here. This is such a charming little complex with communal pool and lovely grounds so well maintained with bedding plants lovely areas to sit and relax ... obviously we can not help the patio handle damage... these things happen ... but the other door is just 2 feet away! ..... the only problem here is that just before you arrived, you told me that you want to bring a large camper van and a car ! .... This is very hard as i had no idea that you were bringing this, and we have to consider other guests here, parking is limited, and to not mention that you want to bring a camper van, is unreasonable. You had not explained that no extra guests were sleeping in this .... until i asked you several times! ... so you are being unfair, i only asked you about it in messages, which of course i have to do. Thanks again for your review. ........ I would ask guests to see other guests to see other reviews to realise how everyone loes this location and complex! Thanks again

Lovely place to stay

Perfect place to stay the bungalow has everything you need for a stay away from home. Flat walk to the beach, shop and pub. Comfortable bed and sofa.

Lovely property

The location of the property is perfect, a very short walk to the beach and shops. It is great to have a parking space too. The bungalow was much bigger than I expected, the photos do not do it justice. Sue is lovely and replies very quickly to messages. It is nice to have the tennis courts and swimming pool which we used during our stay. The children were disappointed not be able to have balls and toys in the pool, but still spent a good deal of time in there. We took our dog and everwhere was dog friendly - the beach, restaurants and shops. We had a nice week despite poor weather and I would happily go back again.

Fabulous spot!

We had a lovely week in Mawgan Porth and were very lucky with the weather. Host is very responsive, property is lovely, sits on it's own near the swimming pool, has a lovely outside area which gets the sun for most of the day. Pool is lovely and temperature ok for an outside pool, my teenagers loved it! Property just a short stroll to the beach which is beautiful and is close to small supermarket, coffee shop, pub/restaurant etc. Lots to do/see in the surrounding area. Couldn't fault the holiday, had a fab time. Top tip, book restaurants way before your holiday as absolutely everything was booked up way in advance (even outside Mawgan Porth).
