Villa apartment in Javea, Costa Blanca Spain-a quiet peaceful apartment adjacent to Javea Golf Course near to Javea to Javea and Moraira's Blue Flagged sandy beaches.

This peaceful Villa Apartment occupying the ground floor of a private villa, set in superb lawned gardens with a PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL FOR YOUR SOLE USE. Recently refurbished with Air Conditioning in the master bedroom and full double glazing throughout. Adjacent to the 9th fairway and a mere 450yards to the Javea Golf Club driving range, clubhouse with its excellent restaurant and tennis courts.

There are superb views of the Montgo and surrounding mountains. Guests can relax by their PRIVATE POOL or read in a shady spot in the garden. If you are not into golf or tennis then you can take a walk through the surrounding woods and vineyards or along the paths and lanes which stretch away behind the property, all without having to cross any main roads. If you are feeling a little more energetic you can hire bikes locally who can deliver them to the villa allowing you to cycle around the area from the villa on a network of marked cycle paths.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa appartement. Barbara et Tony sont des hôtes adorables. L'accueil a été très chaleureux. La communication a été facile et Barbara est à l'écoute en cas de besoin.Nous avons apprécié les prestations à la semaine : draps et serviettes changés et mise à disposition de serviettes de piscine, crèmes solaires si besoin.Les extérieurs sont exceptionnels avec une belle piscine et un jardin qui fait voyager par les essences de fleurs et les palmiers. Nous garderons un chaleureux souvenir de notre passage chez vous. Encore merci Barbara et Tony pour votre gentillesse qui fait du bien en ces temps !Dommage, nous n'avons pas eu la chance de voir le squirrel !Laurence, Hervé et Elena

Wonderful find

Owners are so lovely, couldn’t be more accommodating. Lovely little welcome basket of essentials, full instructions on everything and very friendly. Property is set in lovely gardens, very secure and isolated from main house. Would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Barbara and Tony.

Ideal holiday villa.

This villa was exactly as advertised. A warm welcome on arrival with helpful information and details being explained. Attention to detail was first class with thoughtful touches making our holiday experience most enjoyable. Situated in a quiet location but only ten minutes drive to the seafront. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful villa

Set in a lovely quiet area, this villa is so lovely and quiet with the most beautiful garden. Barbara and Tony were wonderful hosts and so helpful. Beautifully kept and such a delight to sit on the terrace in the evenings with the geckos coming out to see you. The villa is highly recommended and we hope to return at some point.

Excellent all around

Great communications all around and the hosts were lovely - nothing would have been too much trouble. A very clean, relaxing area ideal for the two of us. Lovely private gardens and private pool. Would certainly not hesitate in returning!

Paradiesischer Garten

Die Villa liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße. Das liebevoll angelegte Grundstück ist von keiner Seite einsehbar , es gibt verschiedene Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten. Wer Ruhe und Privatsphäre sucht ist hier genau richtig. Leider ist nur in einem Raum eine Klimaanlage, sodass es in den Sommermonaten sehr warm ist. Wir haben unseren Auffenthalt sehr genossen.

Agréable et convivial

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au sein de cette maison. Le cadre est magnifique. Le coin jardin est très relaxant et permet de s’amuser en tout intimité. Les propriétaires sont d’une gentillesse incroyable. Ils ont été très réactifs et compréhensifs quand nous avons eu un soucis avec notre voiture. Pour les activités et autres renseignements, un classeur (écrit en anglais) est à disposition, tout autant que des plans. La maison est équipée de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Je remercie énorme Barbara et Tony pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. See you soon.

Lovely Villa

A really cosy villa, well appointed, with everything we needed thoughtfully provided. Great pool and pretty gardens. Barbara and Tony surprised us with a lovely card and a bottle of bubbly (we were on honeymoon) - a really lovely touch. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, peaceful holiday ❤️

We stayed at this wonderful villa apartment for four amazing weeks and couldn’t have asked for anything more. The location is superb - so peaceful and quiet. The villa apartment itself is more than adequate for two people being equipped with just about everything one would ever need whilst on holiday. The bed linen and towels were changed every week along with the bathroom being cleaned. Every other week the whole apartment was cleaned which was amazing. The owners, Barbara and Tony, along with Brian were wonderful and made us feel so very welcome from the minute that we arrived. They were on hand for anything we needed and acted immediately if we had a problem ( which was only the fridge struggling with the heat ! ) They were absolutely so thoughtful and kind enough to even install an air conditioning unit in the main bedroom after us being there just a couple of days as they were aware of the high temperatures that were due to arrive. We were so very grateful for that ! The gardens and the private pool were just so pretty and are exactly as you see in the photos on the website. Very private and wonderfully kept. We have been visiting this area of Costa Blanca for many years now and hopefully will do so for some years to come and we most definatley would love to go back to this little peace of heaven and to see these lovely people again. Thank you for having us Barbara and Tony and, hopefully, see you again very soon.

Los dueños muy amables, nos explicaron todo lo necesario y el funcionamiento de la casa. Echamos en falta aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, pero dijeron que van a ponerlo de cara al verano que viene, por lo tanto alojamiento perfecto en el que pasar unos días en absoluta tranquilidad.

Peace and Relaxation

My wife and I have just spent a week in this villa apartment, and had the most relaxing time. Barbara and Tony, the English owners of this villa, live upstairs; they are there for help, and advice, if needed, but otherwise we were unaware they were there. They have their own garden and pool on the other side of the villa, so the garden and pool advertised, and photographed, are for the sole use of guests. The villa is on a small, quiet, urbanisation next to a golf club. Beautiful views all round, especially towards the Montgo mountain. The garden is very private, and has a lovely pool. There is a gas barbecue, and a nice outside eating area with table and chairs. The garden is well cared for with a range of exotic plants and shrubs. We spent our first day just in the garden, relaxing, sunbathing and reading - beautiful. The golf club also has a good restaurant, which is handy if you only want to walk down the road for a meal. The apartment is compact, but ideal for 2 to 4 adults, with two double bedrooms. Not practical for active children as far too quiet on the urbanisation. There is a very well equipped kitchen, and a comfortable lounge. WiFi is available, and Sky TV with the main UK channels, if you want to watch the TV! Also a washing machine. There is no dishwasher, but this was not a problem for the two of us. There are a number of supermarkets not too far away, so shopping is not a problem. The villa is located on the outskirts of Benitachell, and is ideally located for exploring the region. We visited Altea, Calpe, Moraira, Javea, and Denia, all within easy reach. There are excellent sandy beaches at Javea, Arenal, and at Moraira. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, just what we needed, peace and quiet. Loved the area, and will hopefully be returning in the future. Would be quite happy just to sit in the garden reading, and swimming for a weeks total relaxation. I have not awarded 5 stars as no air con, although I understand the owners are considering this, and also no dishwasher. I emphasise, this was not an issue for us. There are a number of electric fans in the apartment and these were adequate for our needs, and, as already advised, a dishwasher was not necessary for us either. However, we were not looking for a 5 star apartment, but I appreciate others would expect these things for 5 stars.
