Casa Iris was brought in in 2007. This villa is the spot if you’re looking for a deluxe holiday.
The modern kitchen is truly equipped with all modern conveniences (Bosch), and both in & outdoors is very spacious. The lounge, bedrooms and bathrooms too are nice and large.
Internet connection with fiber at very high speed in all the house and all terraces.
AC reverse in the main room and all bedrooms.

Casa Iris stands in its own grounds and is enclosed. Peace and quiet are guaranteed. Around the villa you’ll find spacious, sunny patios with loungers.
Had enough of the sun? Seek the shade under one of the trees lining the large private swimming pool. You could take a book to enjoy the hamac under the pines trees.
In the evening, after taking a drink on the terrace, you could have a delicous meal, cooked on a Weber BBQ.

Moreover, you can enjoy the beautiful, expansive view across the pine trees, between which the sea can even be spied. Can you smell the sea?

Great location but even greater house. Spotless, we'll equipped and so nice atmosphere inside with great opportunity to enjoy the evenings inside with milder evening temperatures in November. We spent the week cycling during the day and relaxing during afternoon and evening at the house. No complaints. Very flexible and easy communication is also a great plus. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Benissa! The villa was superb! It’s in a lovely location and was immaculate with everything you could need. The pool area was great and Laurent, Morgane and Lucie were great hosts. We would definitely recommend this villa!

Wonderful stay

The property was in great condition, very clean inside and outside with everthing you could need. Communication with the host and the Property Manager was very good. The pool was lovely. Good to have different seating areas outside. Quiet location, near to lots of different places, a car is essential as you can't walk anywhere from the villa. Overall a fabulous stay.

Beautiful villa

The villa was beautiful. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were of a good size and perfect for a large family. Management team greeted us at the villa to show us around which was a nice touch. Pool was great and we made good use of it on the really hot days. Only negative thing was that the Management team need to come in a do check on the villa whilst you are still there before check out which we have not experienced before and it is literally a check room by room, plate by plate and we experienced a situation where the owner had removed some crockery items from the kitchen before our arrival but not updated the Management team so whilst we were at the airport we were being quizzed as to the whereabouts of said items. Was all resolved but not really what we would expect after paying a premium price to stay for a week in this villa. However this was the only complaint we had and everything else was perfect.

After difficult start with regard to the heathing of the housexall went well athough the capacitybof the floor heating is more than sufficient in the downstairs living its not enough in the upstairs bathroom

A perfect house to have a perfect holiday

We had a great holiday in this lovely house! It’s a luxurious house that is fully equipped. The location is ideal for trips to sights, beaches and towns. Jo and Adam were very helpful where needed. In short: highly recommended!

Beautiful villa, great hosts

This is a beautiful villa! It was a true home from home, with everything you could possibly need. Well looked after and very clean. Great communication before, during and after the holiday from Laurent and Jo and Adam were extremely helpful and on hand if needed. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay and would definitely return to this villa!

Wonderful accommodation

Very nice villa with total privacy. Pool was nice and warm when we went on last week in august. Minor issue with boiler fixed within a few hours. All in all a very relaxing break. Thank you very much.

One of the best villas we have had in the area, quality quality quality in every respect. We will definitely go back and am looking at next year, the price represents the level of fit and finish throughout the property. It is well located, a car is of course essential but that’s not a problem with secure parking and a sizeable space provided. Overall a beautiful place to have a holiday, can’t wait to go back and thanks to the owner for letting his property, fantastic.

Beautiful villa in quiet neighborhood

The villa was spacious and spotless, with ample room to relax and enjoy the warm sun all day. Lovely neighborhood to walk along roads for exercise or down to the small cove of Advocate. You will need a car (or bike) to get around to restaurants/shopping. The villa had a lovely pool (too cold for January) and sheltered areas to sit outside. The sitting area was comfortable and cozy (gas fire not for use but warm air heats up space plus heated floors!).

Truly wonderful villa - treat yourself- you won't be disappointed

I can only reiterate the others previous reviews !! Just back after a wonderful week with our sons and partners, to celebrate my 60th birthday. The attention to detail is fabulous, we couldn't have asked for more, well done Laurent on your effiency, you have a great team too, with Jo & Adam ! We will definitely be back!!!!

Fantastic Villa in a nice area

We had 2 perfect weeks in this wonderful house and profitted from the high quality standard of the villa and the nice surroundings. The villa is ideally situated between Moraira and Calp and is part of a nice and quite neighbourhood of similar kind. From first contact with the owners, the check-in process and all comunication at site or via email all was easy and convenient. Everything was as described but all in all it exceeded our expectations. I would surely recommend this villa and would not hesitate to rent it again. Dirk/Hamburg/Germany

Excellent Villa, excellent location!

We had a great holiday at this villa. It was beautifully presented with a large comfy sofa in the living room. The kitchen was well equipped with quality appliances. The bedrooms were all a good size, the master suite was very large. Outside there are lots of different seating options, the sun is on the terrace all day. The pool was lovely although cold (it was April) we all still went in. The location of the villa is great in-between Moraira and Calpe, there are also smaller beaches and coves closer and a lovely coastal walk. I would highly recommend this villa.

Great stay in an excellent villa!

We were 2 families who enjoyed our stay here for 3 lovely weeks. Communication with the host the weeks before arrival worked very well. Check-in went smoothly, and we were warmly welcomed by Jo and her assistant. As well check-out by Adam went flexible an according to plan. During the stay there were some practical issues, but this was resolved after a short time. The villa, the pool area and the garden were very inviting and elegant and made us feel at home on the property. The house is well equipped with everything you need, especially the kitchen. However, we would have liked the fridge to have been bigger with more space. We liked the quiet area and the nice neighbors. A car is necessary for daily shopping and visits to the beach in the immediate area. We would be happy to come back any time!

Four weeks of winter luxury

A wonderful holiday in this stunning villa. We have rented many villas, and Casa Iris is definitely the best. Its location is superb, quietly situated in pine trees above the Moraira/Benissa coast. Moraira would be our first choice of all the coastal towns nearby. It is a realaxing and attractive town with many good places to eat. A short drive inland and you are in a different world of orange groves and authentic Spanish villages, and further back again, stunning mountain scenery. Casa Iris is spacious, beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could want. Every window provides a view of greenery and sky. We have in the past found that Spanish villas can be chilly in the winter, but here the underfloor heating kept us warm in the cool evenings. The gardens and outside space are wonderful and the pool a generous size, though as it was February we did not indulge! We spent many peaceful hours on the sun loungers, or in the shade of the trees. Jo and Adam who take care of the house, were great. They met us on arrival with a welcome pack and necessary information and were available if we needed them. Laurent is a courteous and helpful owner. We found communication with him was easy throughout the booking process and the whole of our stay. He took care to make sure that our holiday was all we wanted it to be. We hope to return! We highly recommend Casa Iris. Freya and Philip

We are a family of 5 Florence. Laurent and 46 Years old, doctors, Clement (18), Marie (16) and Sacha (10). We searched a lot and we really fell in love with this beautiful part of the Spanish coast. We love Spanish and their kindness. Their culture is rich especially in this area inhabited by the Moors peoples of North Africa. We love to discover the small villages of the hinterland, their markets and their small places in which to enjoy an iced coffee.
But the sun moves us steadily toward the beautiful beaches to refresh us.
We all love water sports and do regular boat.

We bought this house in 2011. We felled in love at our first visit. This original and big house fully equipped was in a cocoon of pines trees. This area is for us the best of costa blanca because you have mountains, blue and limpid sea, very nice beachs, pines trees and no high buildings. This is a quiet area with everything you need not too far.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This place besides being beautiful has everything you are looking for a good holiday. Visits white villages, walks along the coast jagged edge with the azure blue of the Mediterranean sea in search of beautiful views. But there are also many restaurants and shops. Of course, all water sports can be played, swimming through sailing, water skiing and diving. The Costa Blanca is famous for its beautiful white sand beaches and beautiful water this year won a large number of blue flags in relation to its compliance with environmental standards. We love the many walks in the marked hiking trails surrounding sierras. Here everything is done so that can have a good time and relax
With Andalusia, the region is also the sunniest in Europe .... and brings more than 300 days of sunshine per year!
