Station One 1H is a cozy ocean front unit, perfect for your beach vacation! The unit has a large ocean front balcony overlooking the Station One grounds and with ocean views. The living room is furnished for a relaxing evening after a long day on the beach, with plenty of seating for the whole group. The dining area has seating for four. The kitchen is fully stocked with everyone you could need to make a meal together!

The guest bedroom has one full bed and one twin bed, and there is a full bathroom in the hall with a bathtub. The master bedroom is ocean front and has access to the oceanfront balcony. There is a king bed, flat screen TV, and a full bathroom. This unit is ideal for a small family group looking for a great unit with all the amenities! Station One has a large pool, tennis courts, elevator, and direct beach access. Make your reservation today!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our favorite beach and love this location for walkability to shops and restaurants. The property was beautiful and very well maintained. Pool are was always spotless in the morning. The weather was outstanding all week. The condo however needs some work. The condo was very dated & cluttered. And entirely too many pictures on the wall. The light fixture in the shower in master bedroom needed to be cleaned and a brighter bulb used. It was so dark. The carpet should be replaced. Not a good idea in the bathroom area or where sand gets tracked in. Glad we had a vacuum that we used several times to get up sand.

Quite Satisfied!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 5 had a fantastic week at the beach while staying at Station One 1H Hussey. The condition, location, view, etc. are presented accurately in the description provided. The place was very clean! We never got around to using the swimming pool, but we did witness it being thoroughly scrubbed down every morning. I am giving this place 5 stars, but I do have two complaints. The first is the swimming pool. We may have used it if guests were allowed to swim after dark. It would be nice if it was available until 10 pm. The other complaint is with the price. The weekly price for our stay was $1,600- a fair price for a week in such a nice place. However, after taxes and all the add-on costs, our total was over $2,100!!! During our stay, we dined at some great restaurants- Something Fishy and The Oceanic were two that come to mind. One night we purchased a low country boil from Topsail Steamer. We prepared the boil according to the instructions provided back at the condo. It was absolutely delicious!!!! We rented a boat one day from Joe with Speedsetter Boat Rentals. We had a terrific time boating in the Intercoastal Waterway. An afternoon was spent in Wilmington where we enjoyed a carriage ride. Upon suggestion of the carriage driver, we dined at Fork 'n' Cork which served some pretty amazing hamburgers. The waiter there suggested we get dessert at The Pickled Cupcake. What a treat!!!! All in all, we had a fabulous vacation. We highly recommend Station One 1H.

Love the view totally disappointed with the condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was as advertised. Easy walk to the beach. Upon our arrival, we had issues with the key working in the lock. We continued to have issues with the key working throughout the complex. Other residents told us; that it happens all the time? The master bathroom tub did not drain so you were standing in your filth. The master bath sink had the same issue. Maintenance came and "fixed it", it stayed fixed for a day. According to other reviews, the issue has been ongoing. The kitchen floor was extremely sticky. We had to wash the dishes before we could use them. The condo was cleaned by any standards. I called the managing company and they offered to send an "inspector". We had our very tired grandsons so we declined. In our opinion for the price we paid, the condo should have been spotless upon arrival. The furniture and the carpet were stained. The sliding door wouldn't lock, the master bedroom sliding door would not open and the windows did not have locks on them. Very disappointed and definitely research further for future trips.

Maintenance issues

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location & complex amenities are outstanding. We had several issues with the condo. Only half the overhead kitchen lights worked due to a broken fixture, the light in the master shower was so dim we had to leave the door open to see, sliding door from the bedroom to the balcony was screwed shut, master bath sink would not drain. Also the website indicated a washer/dryer were available but did not make it clear that these are in the common areas. Will definitely stay at Station One again but will try another unit next time.

Reviewer Comments: Multiple generations of our family have been coming to Wrightsville Beach over the years. We have been pleased to stay at Station One for over 35 years of that time. It is a well maintained residence with nicely furnished rooms. It is also very convenient to local restaurants and most importantly the beach. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Great Place, Great Location

Next time (we will use this company again and stay here) would like a bit higher up to get better ocean view. Overall company and location was fabulous.
