Villa with Heated Pool and Jacuzzi close to Puerto Banus and Beach

Villa on one level, close to the beach (on the beach side of the main road with only a hotel between house and beach), well decorated and furnished to a high standard including mattress toppers and quality bed linens. Pool loungers, hot tub, private pool (with additional charge for heating if required of 20 euros per night) & large fenced garden & roof terrace. Gated parking.

The house sleeps max 8 adults - 10 guests are possible when there are kids in group as the sofa beds comfortably sleep 2 children or 1 adult.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SINGLE SEX or PARTY TYPE GROUPS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED DUE TO DAMAGE PREVIOUSLY SUSTAINED WITH THESE GROUP TYPES. The house set up is suitable for families or small groups of friends for a relaxing holiday.

The master bedroom has a walk in closet and an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath for 2 and a very large shower. The double bed in the master bedroom is 1.80m wide and has a mattress topper for extra comfort.

There is a guest bathroom for beds 2 and 3. Bedroom 2 has 2 x single beds with mattress toppers and a sofa bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 x 90cm single beds pushed together with a thick mattress topper making a 1.80m wide double bed. There is also a sofa bed in Bedroom 3. The sofa bed in Bedroom 2 is 1.35m wide and the one in Bedroom 3 is 1.40m wide. They are each suitable for 2 small/medium children or 1 adult.

The bedrooms are all very large, approximately 4 x 6 metres. I also have baby equipment, a travel cot and high chair as well as some toys for children.

There is a gas fireplace in the sitting room with a 49 inch TV. There is fibre optic internet connection with IPTV and Netflix. There is also a tower speaker with Bluetooth connection to play music from your mobile devices.

The kitchen has a large oven and a 4 ring gas hob. There is a gas BBQ on the terrace along with a fridge and small freezer on the terrace for drinks. There is one large table seating 6 on the terrace and a further smaller table and chairs if required. There is a toaster, a blender, a kettle and a microwave in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with many sets of cutlery and plates and glasses as well as pots, pans, cooking utensils etc. There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine which takes pods that can be bought in local supermarkets.

There is air conditioning and heating in the sitting room and all of the bedrooms.

The house is suitable for children and people with reduced mobility as it is all on one level with a couple of steps up to the entrance.

There is a roof terrace which is accessed from the garden by a flight of steps to enable sun bathing all day long! There are sofa seats and 2 sun loungers on the terrace.

There is a trampoline and ping pong table available for guests in the garden. There is also a 2 person hot tub in the garden. The pool is approximately 8.5 x 4.5 metres and is 2.5 metres at the deep end and around 1.20 at the shallow end. There are steps leading down into the pool and a ledge that runs around the shallow end of the pool that small children can stand on.
Pool heating costs 20 euros extra per night if required. There is a pool cover too, which can be used if required to keep pool warmer and cleaner. It is a manual cover on a roller.

The house is suitable for children but the pool is not fenced in so care needs to be taken to watch small children and not leave them on their own outside.
