There is a large sandy beach just literally a few paces from the house and friendly beach bars/restaurants close by. There is a small supermarket within easy walking distance of the villa and also a couple of large supermarkets a 2 min drive away.
Whilst the villa is best enjoyed with a hire car so you can get to the many many wonderful local sights and make the most of the restaurants in Estepona, Casares Marbella etc there are walkable options too (8 - 20 mins walk along beach or road).

The home was absolutely stunning. Everything about the experience was top-notch. The host is helpful and communicative and her representative was on site to meet us at check-in. We were welcomed with local fruit, bread and a few items to get us started, not expected but certainly appreciated. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, we had clear views to Africa and the rock of Gibraltar. I felt as if my satisfaction/comfort was truly the priority. By far the best property I have ever experienced with vrbo.

Great Vacation

Our family loved the sea front location and the facilities at the property were all first class. The highlights were the balcony looking out to sea, the lovely pool and the ability to just wander down to the beach for a swim. We had a couple of small rental cars which worked well in getting around and for some trips out. The communication with both Amanda and Ines worked smoothly and the property on arrival was very well presented. We have stayed in some excellent properties in France, Italy and Majorca over the last few years and this rates as one of the best.

Wonderful family getaway

Had a fantastic time with our 4 adult (20s) children traveling from Madrid, States and UK. The home is clean, modern, and well appointed with everything you need (including hair straighteners!!!). Great location to wander to Gilbraltar and Ronda for the day and return for sunset cocktails and dinner overlooking the sea! Estepona is a quick drive to restaurants and markets. Hope to return one day.

Spectacular.

We absolutely loved this property - the photos don't do justice to how beautiful it is. The attention to detail at check-in was perfect, to include the substantial welcome package of food and drinks. We took several day trips via our rental car / ferry (Ronda, Gibraltar, Morocco), though our favorite moments were at the house and nearby in Estepona. We would love to come back one day.

Beautiful views

This villa was great for a family holiday comprising of eight adults. The layout was ideal as there are numerous areas to relax and enjoy the amazing frontline views over the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and the Atlas Mountains beyond. It is also exceptionally well equipped so we had everything we needed to enjoy our time together. Our only issue was that it wasnā€™t as close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets as we would have liked. Overall, this is a superb villa with wonderful views and facilities.

Fabulous Villa

Our stay at Amandaā€™s Villa provided us with a most memorable vacation with family and friends. There was ample space for all, with dining options both indoor and outdoors each with fabulous water views. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and private ensuites. Everyone immensely enjoyed the pool, situated perfectly on the property providing shelter from the wind and sea views. Amanda was a perfect host, responding quickly to all of our needs. I highly recommend this property.

Fabulous stay in a gorgeous location

We were very sad to leave this beautiful place!! My family and I just spent a lovely week in this little piece of paradise on the sea outside Estepona. The whole house is beautifully appointed and the views are spectacular. We did quite a lot of touring in the area and could not wait to come back in the afternoons to swim at the pool or beach and enjoy the ambience. The host kindly left a great selection of staples which we very much appreciated on arrival as we had had a long day of travel from overseas and were ravenous. We hope to come back!

We traveled through Spain with 2 other couples and finished our vacation with a week at this incredible villa. The property was outstanding and is every bit as magnificent as the photos in the property description. Our hosts and the local property manager were available for any issues, although we didnā€™t have any. Estepona is a beautiful town filled with restaurants. Would highly recommended spending time at this lovely property. On a clear day you can see Morocco and the Rock of Gibraltar. Truly amazing!

Fabulous Villa!

This is a gorgeous home with a million dollar view of the Mediterranean and the rock of Gibraltar. Open, modern, fully equipped and airy throughout with a sitting area/deck that welcomes the fresh air and the sunshine- not to mention amazing sunsets. wonderful. 6 adults were in our group and we all were blown away by this villa. would love to stay here again sometime. there was enough space for each of us to take our own quiet time if needed but mostly we just spent it ourdoors enjoying the views and sea breeze. beds were comfortable as well. very quiet neighborhood and the "boardwalk" was great for walking and running. i wouldn't hesitate on this one. thanks Amanda and Andrew for a memorable holiday!

12 Days of Luxury with the Most Stunning ViewFrom July 19th to July 31st, we were two families (8 people) staying together in this wonderful house.The property fully lived up to our expectations. It was spotlessly clean both inside and out. With its generous size, the house makes it easy for a larger group to stay together without ever feeling crowded. The en-suite bathrooms in every bedroom were highly appreciated. Slice of Paradise

Four couples traveled from the United States and loved our time in Estepona and especially at this Villa! The welcome goodies were exactly what we needed after 20+ hours of travel! Both the host and local contact were wonderful - responsive, easy to communicate with etc. The beds were comfortable. The views amazing. The outdoor space - perfect! We had a private chef dinner one night and the meal and the space were incredible!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Amazing Villa

The villa was exceptional and exceeded our every expectation. It has expansive sea views from every room, and the living areas and bedrooms are very comfortable. Our group spent many enjoyable hours relaxing and dining on the large balcony overlooking the sea. The pool was an added bonus, and we enjoyed daily walks along the adjacent sea wall and beaches. The location is perfect for exploring Andalusia, and we visited Estepona several times and made day trips to Gibraltar, Cadiz, Ronda, Marbella, and Malaga. My wife and I have traveled extensively, and this will certainly be remembered as one of our best trips.

Fabulous oceanfront villa with stunning views to Gibraltar and Morocco. The villa itself is very modern and open with 4 king sized bedrooms, all en-suite, great for a group of couples or family. We were 3 adult couples and everyone was highly delighted with their sea view bedrooms (Note: one bedroom is adjacent to the pool at the rear of the villa).Fully equipped kitchen & outdoor grill for home cooking. Plenty of space for indoor or outdoor dining, and cocktails on the oceanfront deck were almost a daily treat.A very nice pool was cleaned twice while we were there. I would caution that the shallow end of the pool quickly gets deeper so very small kids should probably have floatation devices. There's a beach only minutes stroll away with somewhat gritty sand if sea swimming is your thing.The local property manager, Ines, was very attentive and friendly. Superb communication with her and the owners.One last comment would be that I recommend a car, for shopping at least. The local supermarkets are very well stocked but walking back with armloads of groceries would have been a chore. One beach club is within easy walking distance but otherwise Uber or drive for dinner out.

The views - the location - the space - everything! It looked rather different though when we bought it..... For this house we decided to do a full renovation and refurbishment as soon as we bought it so we and our guests could enjoy it at its best right away and as its our holiday home too we have used the best quality fittings etc and plenty of plates glasses etc not just the basics and also it has lots of personal touches throughout too.

Again the views are just incredible there are lots of spots where people just go and stand and stare and say "Wow!" repeatedly. The color of the sea and the sky and the plants and flowers in the garden is beautiful and the house and gardens have plenty of spots to stretch out and corners to doze in too.
