A fascinating place that has special events throughout the week (Most are free) and is also a terrific place to enjoy wrap around balcony views of the beautiful Waikiki beach.

Excellent for watching Friday night fireworks from the Hilton Hawaiian Village and the opposite side, amazing views of Diamond head.

You can only rent my timeshare for 7 days. Price is fixed for a 7 day period. You do not have to stay all 7 days but it will not change the price.

As of Jan 1, 2025-
For each of the seven days you will be staying as the reservation booked through Vrbo you will pay a timeshare tax of $14.78 per day. (Honolulu tax rule)

For parking there is a special rate we get and so do our guests. for 7 days it is $100 and per day it is $20.
