Il Cuore di Chiusi - House in the historic center

The independent house, with a communicating garage, is located just one minute walk from the main square of the village.
After passing the entrance, a flight of stairs leads to the upper floor where there are the bedrooms, the living area and the services.

LIVING ROOM

The living room with antique terracotta flooring is equipped with a cozy sofa and a fireplace suitable for warming up during the winter.

FIRST BEDROOM

The room is equipped with a double bed with a wrought iron structure and an antique wooden wardrobe. From the bedroom window it is possible to see the Val di Chiana in the distance.

SECOND BEDROOM

The room has a modern decor with 2 armchairs and a double bed. The exposed beams of the ceiling make the room cozy and relaxing. The room has a Smart TV where you can watch your favorite TV programs and an adjacent room used as a wardrobe.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is equipped with a kettle and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine where you can prepare excellent coffee or cappuccino. At the peninsula table you can have lunch or dinner while sipping an excellent Tuscan wine.

BATHROOM

The bathroom has new toilets and a bathtub that can also be used as a shower thanks to a glass that allows it to be closed. The presence of shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer will make you feel pampered at home.

TINELLO

On the ground floor there is a dining room furnished with vintage style furniture to spend time in the company.

Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Chiusi, equal to 1 euro per day per person (excluding minors within 12 years) will be required, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive days.
