Peaceful retreat with sunset & ocean views on the Waikoloa Village Golf Course!

Modern luxury right on the Waikoloa Village Golf Course! Ocean and sunset views from the lanai and almost every room!! Our Hawaiian home was completely renovated in 2017, with a brand new kitchen featuring custom maple cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless steel Bosch and LG appliances. All baths are completely new, with a huge custom shower in the primary bathroom, marble topped vanities, and high-end fixtures. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, and the unit also features a powder room. The Primary suite in this unit has one of the only walk-in closets in the Fairways. All furnishings are brand new; with sectional seating available in the living room and on the lanai, and options for dining both inside and out. The unit is equipped with wifi, a 55" flat panel smart TV, and all the toys necessary for a great day at one of the beautiful beaches just minutes away!

The Waikoloa Fairways is a beautifully landscaped, gated community; with reserved parking located directly in front of the unit. The community pool and outdoor kitchen facilities (with Weber Genesis Series grills) are steps away, with fresh limes or lemons on the nearby community citrus trees! The clubhouse for the Waikoloa Village Golf Course is within easy walking distance.

Our unit is non-smoking and no pets are allowed in this complex.

We know you will love our Big Island home as much as we do!! Come enjoy all that the island has to offer from this spectacular setting in the Village!

Quiet setting with beautiful views of golf course and sunsets

Great place to stay to relax and enjoy the Big Island. Nice pool area and great golfing. A little far from the beach but lots of beach parks not far away. Owner was very helpful.

Wonderful location

My wife and I along with another couple had a glorious five week stay in this beautiful condo. The accommodations were excellent, the kitchen was perfect for our two chefs, the view was delightful and the pool and grounds were immaculate.

Relaxing stay

The property was perfect. Nicely updated with all the necessities of home. Cool and pleasant location at night, beautiful sunsets, cheerful NeNe. Next decision is when to return!

Home away from home

This condo was beautiful. Had everything we needed and everything was in great condition. Very clean and well maintained. Dawn was very helpful and quick to respond. The location was perfect for us, a 15 minute drive to the beach and the markets. We enjoyed being in a quiet complex. Looking forward to a return visit.

Home away from home

Condo was very well setup. If you needed something it was there. Storage locker had all the outside toys we needed. Husband and son golfed at course right outside door. Had to contact Dawn a couple of times and she was quick to respond. Had a really enjoyable time.

Village Stay

Drapes in living room for outdoor dining did not work and vent fan in guest bathroom was not working. The condo it's self-did make up for these issues.

Absolutely Fabulous

It was better than we expected. Usually there is some comment I can make about what could make the rental unit better, but here, there was absolutely nothing that could be improved on. The layout is great, huge lanai to enjoy the beautiful view and sunset colors. Comfy bed, AC, fans, everything you need to make any kind of meal. All the gear for going to the beach from cooler to chairs and new boogie board. I had no issues but had a couple of questions and the host was very quick to respond. It was a very peaceful and relaxing oasis in paradise and I hope that we can return to the island and this specific condo.

Lovely Stay at Waikoloa Fairways

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful 3 week plus stay at this beautiful condo. Everything was even better than shown in the photos. Bedroom was great with a super comfortable (more comfortable than our own bed) king bed. Master bath was great with oversized shower and double sinks. Kitchen was thoroughly equipped with cookware spices and worked great for cooking in. The lanai with golf course and sunset views was wonderful. The lounge seating was great for an afternoon cocktail or a nap! We used the pool and hot tub daily and the grills were very nice. Communication with Dawn was great when we had a small question. Loved the area. Usually, we have stayed near Kona and this was very quiet and peaceful. Close proximity to all of the major golf courses. We were able to get in 9 rounds during our stay! Appreciated all of the beach gear and cooler bags for our beach days! Would highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting to stay in the Waikoloa Village area!

We found our Paradise vacation rental!

Caution: Don't rent this condo or you will never want to go home! Everything was just lovely, the condo, the lanai, the setting suns, the chirping birds, views, ...all of it. Wonderful stay

We loved this condo and staying in Waikato’s Village. We have been to Hawaii many times and this was our favourite condo. It is very comfortable and very well stocked with everything you need. The breeze cools the condo so we didn’t need A/C. We cooked most of our meals and enjoyed the farmers markets and the wonderful fish available. Don’t tell anyone about this condo - we can’t wait to come back . Thanks Dawn! Aloha and mahalo.

Beautiful Condo, Amazing Location

Our stay at your condo not only met, but EXCEEDED all of our expectations. We arrived to find a spotlessly clean, uncluttered, well appointed unit from top to bottom. We spent countless hours on the walk out Lanai over looking a peaceful and amazing view of the golf course and Pacific Ocean in the distance. Location was perfectly suited to all the beaches or anything else we wanted to do on the Island. Thank you Dawn and Leonard for allowing us to enjoy your home in paradise!

Excellent unit and great location

The unit has been fully renovated. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern and clean. Great views of the golf course and beyond. Great to be able to swim at the community pool and get a cheaper rate on the golf course. The owners were prompt and helpful in all communications.

Since my first trip to Hawaii in 1982, I've been hooked. Always heartbroken to leave, and immediately ready to return. Bought a place on the Big Island in 2015 after it became obvious that one day I'd end up here. Currently spending time on the island whenever I can, and happy to share this beloved slice of paradise with others when I have to be on the mainland.

Once you pull up to the entry gate of the Waikoloa Fairways, you'll know why I chose this complex. Gorgeous, lush landscaping, wonderful amenities, outstanding build quality, and community spirit all make this an incredible place to call home.

Enjoying the gentle trade winds, wildlife, and sunsets from the private lanai is absolutely delightful. You can also catch the action (and, sometimes, hear the frustration) from Hole 3 of the Waikoloa Village Golf Course, just across the hedge. The Clubhouse is located 200 yards away.
