Beautiful clean spacious condo - ideal size for our family of 4. Perfect amount of decor, allowing plenty of table/counter space for our stuff. Bedding super comfortable. We all slept very well. Nice details like high end paper products, themed hand soaps, loads of hangers, and dimmer light switches. Patio overlooking golf course felt private and could be used even when raining. Host easy to communicate with and provided lots of tips and suggestions. Location for this side of the island was great - easy walk to beach, coffee, restaurant and shopping and quick drive to resorts and other beaches. We would happily book again with this condo and host!

The condo is very well stocked! The lanai was the best I’ve ever had in a rental- super clean and comfortable patio furniture . We especially enjoyed using the outdoor grill. The garage was also a welcome bonus. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Great Waikoloa Stay!We absolutely loved our stay at this Waikoloa Beach Villa! The location right on the golf course was so peaceful and scenic and was so convenient to shops, restaurants and beaches which are all within walking distance. The lanai was our favorite spot to unwind and relax. The condo was spotless and spacious and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen had everything as well including all appliances, seasonings, etc. All of the beach gear ( chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc) were such a nice touch. The owners clearly take great pride in their property and it felt like home away from home. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a comfortable and well appointed place in Waikoloa!

Condo was amazing, very well kept and was the best stocked that we have ever stayed at. The view from the balcony was amazing and it had a great seating area with a couch, 3 chairs and even a ceiling fan. The pool and hot tub were right across from the condo. Even had a garage that my full size rental car fit in. The directions the host provided were spot on and they were quick on answering the few questions we had when we were there. We will definitely rent here again.

Great hosts

The family and I had a great time at the condo, super clean, spacious, great views. Lorie was excellent at communicating. Booked the wrong dates, asked for late check out and she took care of it. Was able to reach her directly when I locked myself out of the condo. Will definitely be returning. Thanks again Lorie!

Everything about our condo was very nice. It is the best equipped condo with great accessories. After staying in Waikoloa Beach condos for the last 15 years this one has been the nicest in almost all categories. Just a delight to stay there. Mahalo to Lorie for a first class accommodation.

We had an amazing time. Beautiful condo. Very comfortable for family of 4. Love the seatings on the balcony. Convenient location. Only complaint was the thin ceiling where we were woken up very early in the morning from kids above running around. Definitely recommend this condominium. We will definitely return.

Perfect location for stay at Kona

We stayed for 4 nights at Lorie’s lovely condo in the Waikoloa area. The location cannot be any better - shopping mall, restaurants, food court, grocery store all just across the street. The A beach is within walking distance as well.Lorie’s condo is very clean and well stocked with everything we need for a comfortable stay. The beach gears is definitely a bonus and we used the beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gears, boogie board almost every day. We also appreciate the fact that we can park our car in the garage.We highly recommend Lorie’s condo and will definitely go back the next time we are in Kona.

Can’t wait to come back

This was our first vacation on the Big Island. We weren’t sure what to expect, other than what we read in the property description and saw in the property pictures. Well, this condo came as advertised and certainly deserves its 10/10 review. The barbecue was great, the supplies were plentiful, the setting and view of the golf course was outstanding, and after we spent time at 6 beaches, we always finished our day back on the property in the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and small appliances, and the large appliances also worked very well. Overall, the condo exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to come back in 2025!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean, quiet, well decorated, and comfortable. I really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was, any tool I could have wanted for cooking was available. My kids loved the pool, so we spent a lot of time there. My husband and I spent most mornings on the lanai, reading, drinking coffee and listening to the breeze in the palms. My only issue with the condo was that we couldn't figure out how to turn the volume down on the TV. Overall we had a fantastic, relaxing time here and would definitely book here again.

Great place to spend a week on the big island!

This condo is wonderful- close to all the beaches that we wanted to see, but yet close to Kona, the airport, Waimea, and a quick, easy drive to Hilo. The hosts have left a binder of things to do and places to go that was SO helpful!! This condo had a beautiful lanai overlooking the golf course where we watched the sun rise each morning. We had to drive to the beach, but the sunrises were amazing! Lava Lava Beach Club was a really great place for dinner, and we went to a luau at the Marriott! We loved all of the things that were included- a garage where we could leave all of the beach stuff that was also included. It was a huge benefit to have beach chairs, snorkel gear, and REALLY nice beach towels! Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo is very quiet, finishes are all high end, and the landscaping is beautiful!!

Wonderful condo!

This is a fantastic property! Lorie was very responsive and easy to deal with. The unit was clean and well stocked for our two weeks. The large lanai is the best feature!! We stay in Hawaii a lot and the lanai was the biggest so far. Great place to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. The bbq on the lanai was also a nice bonus! The view of the golf course and animal sounds is lovely. The unit is literally a few steps from one of the pools, which is nice. You can also walk to Queens marketplace or the Kings shops. You are also close to ABay beach and lots of great dining. The condo was very clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our trip. We used the garage for parking and appreciated the snorkel gear, cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Airport is only 20 minutes away and Kona about 30 minutes. We will definitely stay there again! You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here! Thx Lorie!

Waikoloa beach Villa

We have stayed at several different condo's in the Waikoloa beach area and this condo was our absolute favorite. Very comfortable, great place to relax. The pool is just across from the condo, just the right temperature and not super busy. Easy walk to the shopper centers. Lorie answers questions very fast and was super helpful. Looking forward to another stay.

Beautiful location

This condo is in a great location for shopping, dining and the beach. We especially loved having a garage to park in and all the beach supplies we needed (chairs, umbrella, towels). The condo is spacious and nicely set up. We really enjoyed our two weeks stay and would stay here again. The only negatives were the carpet is very worn and dirty, and the couch is very uncomfortable.

Wonderful, homey condo in fantastic location

Have stayed in other condo units within the greater complex and Lorie's place stands out. It is in the perfect location, directly across from the Queens Marketplace (and grocery store); is wonderfully furnished and clean; is kept updated; and feels homey rather than a sterile rental unit. It was our second time staying here and we loved it both times.

Great stay and location

Great value for a condo in one of the Big Island resort areas (we checked them all). Location is great - near a couple grocery stories, a bunch of beaches, and restaurants with a range of price levels. Definitely try the Island Vintage Coffee (expensive but worth it) and Original Big Island Shave Ice. Check-in instructions were very detailed and accurate. Golf course view from the back lanai was an added source of free entertainment. 😄

Could not have asked for a better stay

We stayed for 17 nights for Ironman '23. 2 adults and 2 15 year old boys. Everything you read in the property description and other reviews is accurate. It was by far the best rental value of all the properties we looked at. More importantly is how responsive and helpful Lorie was/is. It's obvious they take pride in their property and love the Big Island. You will no be disappointed if you stay here.

Lux Villa a MUST

This was our 2nd stay here and it was just as we remembered it. Super easy communication with the owners and onsite manager. The condo has everything you could need and more. Super clean, comfy beds. Our condo is not just a vacation rental, it's our home. We hope that you feel just as comfortable here as we do. We have quality furnishings and use quality, name brand products, not just cheap ones. We may be a little more in price that some of our competitors but it's truly worth it. We are located close to the pool but not to close to hear the kids and away from the main road so we're in a quiet area.
