Including the lot above, the setting provides one of the larger intown, waterfront properties on Stonington Harbor, with incredible views, and ample parking, too. A small footbridge crosses to the owner's adjacent property (Vrbo 30315) with easy access to kayaks and shorefront. With the harbor and array of nearby islands to explore, this property offers exceptional kayaking. Note: While there is an added sleeper sofa to accommodate a party of 4, the more open design of the cottage works best for 2. Likewise, there are steps leading to the cottage. Not appropriate for the infirm. Proximity to ocean and seawall makes it unsuitable for toddlers or young children.
