Apartment 90m2 in country house on the water

This is a wonderful big house with lots of light and freedom. The entire residential program for the owners is on the ground floor. The guests have the entire top floor (over 90m2) at their disposal. For sanitary (shared) you have to be on the ground floor. On the upper floor there is a kitchen with hot and cold water, a 4-burner electric stove, a fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The house is situated in a very quiet place, more than a kilometer away from the lovely hamlet of Vlake. There are no immediate neighbors. All around there are farmlands and orchards. Opposite the house is the Canal through Zuid Beveland, where you can walk or enjoy a sultry dark summer night and a magnificent spectacle of stars. The garden is more than 1 ha. Many places to sit: sun or shade, something for everyone. The chickens, goats, geese, ducklings and special Cameroon sheep have a wonderful space in different animal meadows.
This place is the perfect base to enjoy our beautiful province. Both on foot, by bike or on the motorcycle. You can store your bicycle or motorcycle in the barn. There are also 2 bikes ready for guests.

Access for guests

From the downstairs room the toilet and the bathroom with bath and shower are shared with the residents. You have enough space on the large circular paved driveway to park your car for free. You have your own entrance in the house.

The residents are usually available for guests, but guests and residents have enough private space. If the residents themselves are not at home, we are always available to you by telephone or mail. The owners consider it important to receive you personally and enjoy giving you information about the area, if you wish. There is plenty to do and see, they have nice tips!

Other things to look out for

Downstairs there is a very friendly dog named Anoux, also sheep with sheep, goats, chickens and so on. So always close the gate. There is also plenty of parking space.
