This property is a large, bay side home boasting 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms! This beautiful home is absolutely perfect for any group of family or friends traveling to South Padre Island, TX! The two-story home features a spectacular interior with large spacious bedrooms, ample bathrooms and an open concept living and dining area. The private pool and hot tub in the backyard is amazing!

The kitchen is large and if fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. The living room has a large flat screen TV and multiple couches for guests to relax on. The dining area features a nice 10 seat table to accommodate guests with additional seating over the kitchen bar. The second floor encompasses the additional 5 bedrooms. All bedrooms are nicely decorated and spacious. Guests can easily access the private backyard pool directly from the living room. The pool is large and also has a hot tub. It's perfect for family cookouts and hanging out with friends. Guests are welcome to use the two car garage to park their vehicles. This home accommodates up to 16 people and allows up to 4 vehicles.

We stayed at the home from 07/03-07/08. It was close to everything. The house was equipped with what we needed and it was clean. I didn't know how to turn the heat on for the pool but the maintenance guy came within minutes. Everything was great šŸ‘ thank you for making our trip a success

Loved the house!

Loved the house! Great space for my family of 16. Bedroom were very comfortable. The house was very clean when we got there. Plenty of towels, plenty of space, kitchen was full of everything you need. We loved the 5 minute walk to te beach. The pool and jacuzzi was the best part for the kiddos. Water was warm and clean. Totally recommend. SPI were always available to answer all our questions and to help us out with anything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay. It housed our 11 party group well. Our biggest complaint was not hanging enough towels. We booked for 11 people and we didn't have enough for us to each have one to shower with. No beach towels, bring your own. The pool was very warm and enjoyable. Grill was a bit small for our size group, but nice and clean.

Everyone on our family reunion (young to old ) had a great time on the island. The house was large enough for 15 and a great location. Hosts communicated regularly and provided great service.

Wonderful stay! Great property. Superb management team.

Not only was the house ideal for our month long vacation, but this is by far the best management company we've ever dealt with on our many years coming down to the island. Any call to the company brought almost instant response and solutions to every issue that arose.

Family Get-together

This home worked perfectly for our small family reunion for my daughter's 15th birthday. The kitchen and living room areas are HUGE so we didn't feel crowded. The pool and hot tub were nice and warm, no one wanted to get out. Some of us even jumped in fully clothed because of how nice the water felt we couldn't wait! This was a great location and we hope to come back someday.

Perfect for big Families

The back yard and pool were magnificent. We BBQ in their propane pit, it was small but did the job! The house was very well stocked with everything. The upstairs was extremely spacious with 5 rooms, 2 had their own full bath and another full bath in the hall for the other 3 rooms. We saw Claytonā€™s fireworks from the upstairs balcony! Management wasnā€™t the friendliest, they didnā€™t allow us to check in earlier than 10 minutes šŸ˜’ we were there 2 hours prior and house had already been clean by then! We also requested an extra hour for checkout and we werenā€™t granted that either! FYI, check out is at 10AM!!

Wonderful property for multiple families. Pool area was great! Second fridge in kitchen! Grill was broken but maintenance replaced within hours of our call. 2 block walk to the beach so perfect location!

Lots of Space

This private home has so much space, and the private heated pool is great! It is well stocked with towels and dishes, as well as outdoor furniture! The home could use some updating and maintenance (water did not get hot (only slightly warm) in showers/sink, dishwasher didn't work, hot tub did not heat or bubble, pool light did not work, etc.), but overall we had a good stay here. Please reconsider staying here if you plan on having any music or being outside in the backyard beyond 10 PM. The neighbor (very nice man) will quickly come to ask you to reduce the noise or report you to SPI Rentals. Having rented many homes on the island, this one has great potential if some repairs/improvements were made!

Great house with a great location. Lots of space for a large group. Very comfortable beds and the pool was perfect for cooling off. The tile on some of the counter tops was old and chipping off but otherwise the house was great. Super easy to check in and check out.

What an experience an 8 out 10!

The house and pool were awesome. Plenty of room in the house. We had no hot water in the kitchen, so we had to boil water to do dishes. No broom to sweep with and the Fridge was not cold enough even though we went to the office to let them know. They told us the maintenance guy would be notified, but no one ever came to the house on any of the 5 days we were there. Both BBQ pits have holes on the bottom so it was very hard to use them fully. We had to put both the brisket and the pork loin in the oven, not really the experience we wanted to have in doing BBQ poolside. Aside from that I give this overall experience an 8 out of 10 and yes we would rent again. Just need to pay attention to the reviews your clients leave you. We want the next guest to have a 10 experience, so please fix the items listed. Thank you!
