Modern and beautiful are the best words to describe this city apartment. Situated on the seventh floor of the Infante building, the property offers a wonderful almost 180° view of the city and mountains, perfect for waking up with good views or enjoying your meals on the friendly balcony.

The property has two bedrooms with bathrooms, both equipped with shower in a hydromassage cabin. One of the bathrooms is private. Both bedrooms have two single beds and there is still the possibility of adding another bed, increasing the maximum capacity of the apartment for five people.

The living room is very well decorated and favored by the natural light, bringing a different brightness to this open space, perfect for sharing good moments of culinary pleasures with family and friends.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
Situated in one of the best areas of Funchal, this apartment is in the building with a small shopping center with supermarket, restaurants and various shops. Nearby there is another shopping center with large supermarket, pharmacies, shops, bars and restaurants of national and international chains.

Two minutes walk away is the pleasant Santa Catarina Park, with large green areas for jogging, relaxing or picnicking overlooking the stunning bay of Funchal. The Casino is five minutes walk from the apartment. Right next to the building you will find the beautiful Baltazar Dias Theater. Funchal Marina is a minute away.

The location is ideal for exploring the city by foot (five minutes walk from the cathedral and CR7 Museum) or by public transport that go by the building.

GETTING AROUND
Although a aerobus bus stop for airport arrivals and departures is in front of the flat building, we recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get there. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own in the airport!

OTHER OBSERVATIONS

According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.

All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.

Cleaning services during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables, are carried out on a weekly basis. If you wish extra cleaning service this can be arrange at an extra, affordable charge. The weekly cleaning and the replacement of bed linen, towels, and consumables will not be carried out for stays of less than seven nights.
