This fully remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom Horizons 4 vacation condo is ready for your next Sun Valley vacation! Situated in the Horizons 4 condo complex near downtown Ketchum, you're perfectly placed to experience all the Sun Valley area has to offer with all the comforts of home.

The Horizons 4 complex is one of the most popular vacation condo complexes in Sun Valley thanks to its prime location and resort-style amenities. The condo is a 10-minute walk to downtown Ketchum and the River Run ski lifts, 50 yards from the shuttle bus stop, and minutes from the Wood River Bike Path. Vacation amenities include a seasonal heated outdoor pool, a hot tub and sauna open year round, and a community recreation room with a coin-operated laundry, ping pong table, book library and space to chill.

This 800 sq foot Horizons 4 condo was recently remodeled with your vacation experience in mind. The living area is open plan and cozy with warm wood flooring, lush leather furniture, and a queen hide-a-bed for extra guests. There's a gas fireplace for winter warmth and a flat screen TV for downtime at the end of a day of outdoor activities in scenic Sun Valley. The modern updated kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a granite breakfast counter with seating for 4 guests.

Step outside to a private patio to breathe in the fresh mountain air with your morning coffee, soak up views of Baldy Mountain and enjoy long lazy BBQ cookouts in the summer season.

This Horizons 4 vacation condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The master bedroom features a brand new California king bed and in-room vanity, and the entryway nook features a built in bunk bed, perfect for the kids. There is a convenient powder room, and the hallway guest bathroom features a walk-in shower. This Sun Valley condo also offers a convenient storage space for your bikes, skis, and vacation gear.

So Warm and Cozy!

What a great place and location! Very close to the bus route and parking close to the lifts on the River Run side of Sun Valley. We felt it was too far to walk. And definitely about a 10 minute walk to town. All furniture was comfortable and the entry has both a keypad as well as a lockbox. Great places to eat and a great vibe in the town of Ketchum!

Great location and cozy condo

We stayed for 6 nights and it was great. Walkable to river run gondola but we hopped on the bus that picked us up just outside the complex. Also walkable to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Cozy condo with an open floor plan, perfect for us and our two young kids.

Great spot in a great town

Overall an excellent experience. Easily walkable to most of what Sun Valley and Ketchum have to offer. Beautiful condo. Easy parking/access to unit. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for the great time!

Great Location Cute place

The place itself was clean and set up for a good stay. Could use some better pans for cooking, but it worked for the short time we were there. Having a place with a pool was wonderful and the location to downtown was within walking distance to both downtown and bald mountain which was wonderful.

SV Ski Condo

Very Comfortable and Well Equipped 1Br condo, great for a single or a couple. Refreshed with modern appliances and AV. Vanity Area a bit small for 2. Need to take a short bus ride to River Run after walking through the property. Overall EXCELLENT!

Great Location, very clean

The condo was very clean. More than sufficient towels, bedding, and toiletries were provided. Parking was right outside the front door - which was very convenient. The place is bright with large windows on the backside looking toward the ski area and mountains (you can see the gondola and another ski lift from the windows). The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. There were even filters for the coffee maker and aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and paper towels. The WIFI was strong. The property manager/owner (?) responded quickly to all our questions and were easy to reach. The bed was comfortable. The fireplace was on (it's gas) when we arrived. However, the heat was set very low so that it was uncomfortably cold when we arrived. It took a while for the condo to heat up so we went out exploring. It is very conveniently located to the Sun Valley ski area, the River Run Hike and Bike Trail, the town of Ketchum, grocery stores, and restaurants. There were just a few things I would like to make the management aware of. The dishwasher was overloaded to the point that the arm above the bottom tray could not move so the dishes did not get cleaned and there was dirty water and some food dregs in the lower part of the door and the bottom of the dishwasher. We emptied a good portion of the dishes and ran the dishwasher twice. There we also no dishtowels or pot holders so we used a face towel as a pot holder and paper towels to dry hand-wash dishes. There was a used pod in the Keriug. The toilet may have a leak around the flap as it at times runs to fill the tank with a bit of water. (As a side recommendation: a larger entry rug or even a boot/shoe tray to hold wet/muddy items near the entrance). Overall the condo was comfortable and provided everything we needed for our stay. We recommend it and If we return to Ketchum we would stay here again.

Good location for town and skiing

We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our time here. The place is clean, well appointed kitchen, super cozy fireplace, comfortable bed and hot showers. First floor entrance and parking in front of unit was super easy. The only negative is that being on the first floor you hear every step and shower of the people on the 2nd floor. Not a problem for us, but if you are sensitive to noise this could be a factor. The extra bunk beds are in a closet to the left when you walk in. Would be ok for little kids, not sure about older kids or adults . River Run Base is a 10 minute walk from the condo through a trail behind the resort . Warm Springs is about a 15 minute drive. Town is an easy 10 minute walk to Main Street. We enjoyed are stay here!

Perfect location, well-appointed condo

The flat is exactly as described. The location is perfect for a 5-min walk to the base of Riverrun and also a 5-minute walk to Main Street for drinks or dinner after a day on the slopes. The hot tub for the condo development is great as well. Would definitely recommend, and hope to be back!

Great place walking distance to River Run and Town

We had a great stay here, perfect for my wife and I and our two younger daughters. The "bunk room" was perfect for the two of them - ages 6 & 10. Easy to walk to river run and all of downtown even in the winter. Only possible negative is the need to move your car many times when it snows to plow the parking lot.

You really need to change how you rent your condos in the summer. Different times, different rules. Get air conditioners for the hotter months. Wouldn't take much to cool that little place. I liked working with you Michael but you need to pay more attention to details. I will never use home. com again. Jan and Les Margosian
