Get ready for fun in the sun! This 5-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom beach house sleeps 14 and is a short five-minute walk from Long Sands Beach.

Completely furnished with laundry on site, Wi-Fi, and cable TV. Hardwood floors throughout, ceiling fans in every room, window unit air conditioners in every bedroom (and also the first-floor kitchen), and a gas fireplace in the living room. Outdoor hot and cold shower, perfect for rinsing off the sand after a fun day at the beach. Off-street parking for 5 vehicles, located on a private, low-traffic road, perfect for kids. Feel free to use our beach chairs and beach toys, too!

1st floor ā€“ Fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, gas-powered stove, refrigerator with water and ice maker, and seating for three at the peninsula. Thereā€™s also a pantry for storing everything you need to prepare delicious meals, a coat closet, and a half-bathroom off the eat-in-kitchen that includes table seating for four. The living room features a large sectional couch and wall-mounted cable TV adjoining an area with table seating for four and access to the deck and gas grill, perfect for cookouts.

2nd floor ā€“ Master bedroom with en suite full bathroom, queen bed, walk-in closet, and two bureaus for plenty of storage. Two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds. Both bedrooms feature large closets and bureaus. Full bathroom with tub, tiled shower, and wall-mounted hair dryer.

3rd floor ā€“ Two bedrooms: one with a twin bed and queen bed, the other with a full bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed.

Enjoy the playground at Short Sands beach, the York Wild Animal Kingdom, gift shops, drinks at one of Yorkā€™s many restaurants and cafes, the Nubble Lighthouse, and nearby outlet shopping.

Great stay, good location

Nice clean house that fit our group of 14 comfortably. Multiple rooms and a deck to spread out in. It had everything we needed and we appreciated use of the beach chairs and boogey boards. Great location for access to Long Sands beach or Short Sand beach and shops. Quiet neighborhood. James was great at communicating throughout.

A great spot! This lovely house has so much room. Itā€™s nicely updated and super clean! Short walk to the long sands beach is just perfect for the whole family. James, the owner is super easy to reach and answers every question! The area has a lot to offer too!

Fabulous Family Vacation

Multi-generational family had a wonderful time together at this rental. The short walk to the beach was manageable for young children which was a huge plus! We also enjoyed the ability to walk to a few restaurants (loved Stones Throw) and ice cream. Additional activities enjoyed by our group included the playground and shopping at Shorts Sands, Fox's restaurant and the Nubble Light House, golf and outlet shopping.

The house was new, clean and modern. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Very clean when we arrived. The host was always quick to respond. Beach was a short walk. Would definitely recommend to a large group.

Great location! Tons of space within the house and plenty of seating options. We had a group with 5 kids ages 1-6, so heving many different spots to eat was great. Also each room was a great size!The location is great. Quiet road. Close to the beach. Not much rlse you can ask for. Id recommend this to anyone staying. We had 7 adults and 5 kids and felt like we douldve added more.James is a great host. Easy to communicate with and fast to respond to any qurstions. We are so thankful ro have found this spot and excited for next year.

Wedding at Well's

My spouse, myself, and our wedding party and their family stayed at this lovely home. We found the home to be in a quiet and pleasant location. It was convenient for multiple day trips and as a home base for the group. We were able to not only plan the day and arrange gifts, but I was even able to get some work done.

Spacious, clean house and quick walk to the beach!

The house was beautiful, clean with lots of space for my 3 teens to spread out. Kitchen space was new and we were happy to find it stocked with a keurig and coffee (which saved my husband). Everything exceeded expectations and we wished we could stay longer! Would highly recommend! Plenty of room for a large family or for kids to bring a friend. Great communication with James absolutely no issues the whole weekend was so smooth.

Perfect vacation spot!

We rented from James for Labor Day weekend 2022. Heā€™s a wonderful and right to the point communicator. The home is literally perfect - it has everything you need and itā€™s modern and clean. We loved the proximity because you can walk easily to Short Sands on Railroad St or you can take the short cut and come right out on Long Sands! Best of both worlds! Jamesā€™ home has everything you need from laundry to kitchenwares to games. The living room was so comfortable and it has a fireplace with a large TV above with Hulu and other streaming channels. The construction of the building is excellent, solid so itā€™s quiet and not creaky. All bedrooms have an AC unit, TV and ceiling fans. We will be back. Thank you again, James!

Great house. It has everything one needs. Perfect location for the beach and sightseeing. Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything. Walk to Long Sand Beach and a few outstanding restaurants. The owner was great at communicating through the VRBO app. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic time ā€¦ house was roomy for all our family and our ā€œbufferā€ friends that joined us here and there throughout the week ā€¦ IF I had to say something ā€¦ it would be that the shower stalls needed a soap dishes (which the good ole Dollar Tree came through in a pinch) ;) but really the entire process was easy peasy

Great house, great location!

We had a great week renting this home. The convenient, short walk to the beach was the best. The home was clean, updated and offered more than we needed for the week. We rented the home with my brother in law and sister in law, combined we have 7 children and had plenty of living space to spread out but hang and dine together nicely as well. Laundry area had soaps and dryer sheets to use, bathroom drawers stocked on toilet paper and hand soaps - all unexpected pleasant surprises that I havenā€™t seen at other rentals! All bedrooms plus kitchen had window AC units and TVā€™s equipped for streaming. James was easy to work with and communicate with for our booking and leading up to the rental. Timely responses which I appreciated greatly. Overall beautiful home, minimal outdoor space aside from back deck area unless you can use gravel driveway (our kids too young for that) but deck was great for dining and relaxing on. We look forward to renting here again!

Happy Family Weekend Stay

My wife and I decided to make our 50th wedding anniversary an immediate family affair. We spent two nights at this property, and it was everything it was advertised to be. The home was awesome. The walk to the beach was short and easy with lots of great restaurants nearby. All eight adults and six grandchildren (8-15) agree.
