Get ready for fun in the sun! This 5-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom beach house sleeps 14 and is a short five-minute walk from Long Sands Beach.

Completely furnished with laundry on site, Wi-Fi, and cable TV. Hardwood floors throughout, ceiling fans in every room, window unit air conditioners in every bedroom (and also the first-floor kitchen), and a gas fireplace in the living room. Outdoor hot and cold shower, perfect for rinsing off the sand after a fun day at the beach. Off-street parking for 5 vehicles, located on a private, low-traffic road, perfect for kids. Feel free to use our beach chairs and beach toys, too!

1st floor – Fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, gas-powered stove, refrigerator with water and ice maker, and seating for three at the peninsula. There’s also a pantry for storing everything you need to prepare delicious meals, a coat closet, and a half-bathroom off the eat-in-kitchen that includes table seating for four. The living room features a large sectional couch and wall-mounted cable TV adjoining an area with table seating for four and access to the deck and gas grill, perfect for cookouts.

2nd floor – Master bedroom with en suite full bathroom, queen bed, walk-in closet, and two bureaus for plenty of storage. Two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds. Both bedrooms feature large closets and bureaus. Full bathroom with tub, tiled shower, and wall-mounted hair dryer.

3rd floor – Two bedrooms: one with a twin bed and queen bed, the other with a full bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed.

Enjoy the playground at Short Sands beach, the York Wild Animal Kingdom, gift shops, drinks at one of York’s many restaurants and cafes, the Nubble Lighthouse, and nearby outlet shopping.
