This large 2-story, 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom ( plus fabulous grand outdoor shower) home located on the point of the "Nubble" peninsula, a highly desirable neighborhood in York and steps to Nubble Lighthouse and Dunne's Ice Cream.

Listen to the surf, and check out the ocean views as you relax on the first floor deck. Here you will feel the cool ocean breezes while having a cocktail after a day at the beach or greet the sun with a cup of coffee in the early morning. The house has a large yard on a very quiet private street. Enjoy a lovely stone fireplace for cool evenings.

Located at 15 Spring Street and named Sea Light View, the home has four bedrooms. There are two spacious living/entertaining areas on first and second floors giving larger groups room to spread out. There are 2 full bathrooms, brand new washer/dryer, dishwasher, a new 60” flat screen smart Streaming TV, and High-speed WiFi internet access that is reliable. The home is beautifully remodeled and freshly decorated. The "Shark" room has two bunks and sleeps four. The "Mermaid" room sleeps two in a Queen size bed and the "Nautical" room sleeps three with a Full bed and twin. The primary sleeps two with a king size bed. All beds and bedding are new. Two lower deck has ample room for eating and drinking your post-beach fare!

Short walk to Short or Long Sands beaches and restaurants, bars, arcade, York Wild Animal Park, and outlet shopping and more close by.

Enjoy cooking with new stove and new Weber gas grill. The kitchen has everything needed to make a great meal and enjoy inside or al fresco on deck or yard dining areas! Don't cook or want to? then enjoy one of the many amazing local restaurants available in York or surrounding towns.

Rental comes with bed linens and beach gear (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, toys). The home is also equipped for families with young children with port-a-crib, high chair, toddler bed railing, and more. Don't worry about hauling all that gear! If we don't have something you need, we'll do our best to find it and have it there waiting for you.

While not technically handicap accessible, there is a two-step access to home and the lovingroom, kitchen and dining plus 2 bedrooms with full bath with walk-in shower on first floor for those vacationing with a guest who may not be able to manage many stairs or have limited mobility.

We'd like to think that we've thought of everything whether your a multigenerational/multi family, girls’ weekend getaway, or couples retreat.
