Adjacent to city park overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Miles of beautiful beach, lots of sunshine and minutes from charming downtown San Clemente. One hour South of Disneyland California and one hour North of downtown San Diego, Sea World, Legoland, and the world famous San Diego Zoo.

Great weather year round for enjoying all outdoor activities. One of the primo surfing spots in the country with yearly competitions and ocean festivals.

San Clemente Memories

Ocean view condo

The condo was very clean and location to the beach and trail was excellent. The outdoor patio grill large table and ocean view was great. We really enjoyed the condo and would stay again if in San. Clemente.

Wonderful location

My wife and I absolutely enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. A VERY quiet location and a very short distance to the beach. A close distance to freeway, shopping and dining. The home was well stocked with all of the essentials. We will be sure to stay here again in the future. Ryan and April

Amazing position

The view from the large balcony was fantastic and the apartment itself was clean and welcoming. Elaine was very helpful and had left us fresh fruit and the basics ie washing powder, dishwasher tablets, sugar, tea etc. Wonderful stay

Wonderful San Clemente Condo

We loved staying in the condo! Easy access to the beach, plenty of in-house supplies, comfortable beds, and very clean. Even the neighbors were so friendly! Bikes, boogie boards, and beach toys were all great. Wonderful hosts and great communication. Will highly recommend to others!

Absolutely wonderful!!!

This was the totally chill and comfortable vacation we were looking for. The place and Mike and Eileen couldn’t have been any better or nicer. The accommodations were cozy with the condo providing everything we needed. One of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed at. Thank you again, Mike and Eileen.

Great stay

We love the condo with the viwe and the pool. Everything what we needed was there. The only negative point is that you hear the people obove very much (very early in the morning). We are glad that they were only some days there.

Perfection

The location is superb. A quiet neighborhood with parking provided. It is so quiet at night and so close to the ocean, you can hear the ocean. Great view from the backyard that makes this location one of the best we have stayed in. The owners were fantastic with communication and the amount of items provided for us to use at the beach made this the perfect vacation spot in southern California.

Peaceful stay by the sea

The photos on VRBO gave us such anticipation for sea view and peace and quiet and the reality was even better. Lovely owners with great communication before trip and on arrival. The condo was just what we needed and the teenagers loved the pool and hot tub and proximity to the beach where we saw dolphins and a baby whale. Easy walk along the beach track to San Clemente and fabulous food and views at The Fisherman restaurant. We loved it and if we lived closer by we’d definitely be back. Thanks so much for a really relaxing stay.

Ocean breeze

We enjoyed our stat at this lovely condo, especially sitting on the patio, listening to the waves and feeling ocean breezes. Noise from the street on bedroom side was too loud and late to allow for good sleep some nights though.

Great Beach Condo with Large Patio

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beach condo in San Clemente. The patio is awesome with lots of sitting with views of the ocean and the canyon leading down to the beach park. The walk to the beach down the sideway/stairs is no more than 5 mins. It's a great beach area with access to the beach trail along the coast. The quiet area was great for enjoying the evenings on the patio. Having underground parking spaces was a plus. Definitely rent this place if you want a great beach condo.

Sooooo Relaxing!

We had a great time here! The condo was clean and well stocked for beach vacactioners. Eileen was a pleasure to work with and very helpful throughout the process. The SC state beach was only about a 5 minute walk away and it was really nice to have the bluff/cliff as a beach backdrop rather than a big line of hotels like you get at other beaches. There's a grocery store that is only a 5 minute drive away and plenty of great restaurants are in the area too. It was super relaxing for our family and I'd highly recommend this to anyone else looking for a place to stay in San Clemente.

Wonderful Sabbatical!

This was a wonderful, relaxing getaway for our family. The location to the beach...along with all the beach supplies...was outstanding! Reading on the porch in the morning and watching the starts at night brought much relaxing! It was so nice to not have to pack or purchase all the beach supplies. The communication with the hosts was top notch! We are so thankful to have all these special memories with our family! ***We also felt very safe at the beach due to the fact that lifegueards were present!***

PERFECT!!!

Our family (husband, myself, 12-year old son & 10-year old daughter) ended our "cross-country" vacation at this condo and it could not have been MORE perfect! First off, we flew from Pittsburgh to Denver, rented a car and drove through 6 states (CO, UT, AR, NM, NV & CA) to get to San Clemente, CA. So after 11 days of hotel hopping, we were happy to be in one place for a solid week of relaxation. We were so happy with this place! Mike & Eileen were waiting for us when we arrived and showed us around the property, the parking area (assigned, underground parking was a BIG PERK to this unit) and the pool area. The owners were so nice to work with. They created a great little binder in the hotel with local restaurant menus, brochures for local attractions, phone numbers, maps, info/rules about the condo itself, etc. and we found it helpful the few times we decided to go out for dinner. We went to the grocery store and bought groceries and ate most meals at the condo (the grill was nice to have for lazy evening meals with an ocean view). We didn't really explore the area - we explored enough on our vacation so we were content to just lay on the beach :-) This condo was exactly as the photos showed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious and the second bedroom had two double beds (which we wanted for the two kids to share). We were happy we were only a few minutes walk to the beach. That was the jewel of this location - just steps to Calafia Beach. Since we traveled by plane - and were flying home on an airplane - we had to pack light, but this condo had all the beach gear we needed (chairs, umbrella, towels, toys for the kids, boogie boards, etc.) If we ever travel back to this southern California area, we would book this unit again. Thanks Mike & Eileen for sharing your condo with our family!

Great views and location!!

First of all, our host Eileen was amazing. She was there upon our arrival to greet us and make sure we had a good understanding of the facilities. My family of four adults and one grandson had plenty of space and was very comfortable. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well supplied with all the things we needed to prepare our meals. Getaway weekend

The whole thing was wonderful! Eileen has thought of everything. We had a fantastic time. Check in and out went smooth, place smelled great (I appreciated there had not been any pets or smoking), things were clean and ready for us. There were so many thoughtful touches and extra amenities. Easy access to town and the beach. We were two women staying alone and we felt safe the whole time. Can’t wait to come again! Quiet and relaxing

We had a great experience from the start. The property manager is wonderful to work with and very welcoming. The condo is quiet, roomy, and has every little thing you could need. There is a beautiful view from the large deck with beautiful outdoor furniture and a nice walk down to the beach. The garage parking was a plus!

Wonderful location, quiet and scenic.

My family and I stayed here for the week of Christmas. Eileen made us feel welcome and took the time to help give the property a holiday feel for us. We really appreciated the property and waking up to an ocean view every morning. Perfect place to stay and relax, can't wait to come back!
