We had a wonderful stay with Andrew & Meghan! They were very hospitable and everything was easy from the getgo! The home was clean and very thoughtfully furnished and decorated. The location is great for Nob Hill shops, restaurants and cafes and the neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Great little home in a great location.

Perfect, clean and comfortable home within walking distance of most businesses in Nob Hill along Central (Route 66).Friendly hospitality note and snacks, water and coffee and tea left in baskets for arrival. Everything was so convenient, clean, and cozy we are already planning to return next month!

Meghan and Andrew have done a nice job making this small, older home feel fun. We enjoyed the decor and the friendly touches. The kitchen and bath are a bit dated but very serviceable. The house has an enormous back yard.

Our third stay

We always enjoy staying at this property. Great location, comfy spaces and the addition of the air conditioning system was perfect. The backyard is a great spot for morning coffee and eveing chats.

Girls weekend at balloon festival

Nob Hill Treasure

This property was the perfect fit for our family while visiting ABQ. The home was exactly as shown in the listing and exceeded our expectations with the accommodations for our children. Our daughter had a blast in the kids room playing with toys, reading books, and exploring the backyard. Combined with the walkable location to all of Nob Hill this location is second to none for an ABQ adventure!

Wonderful place in Nob Hill. Walking distance to most spots on the hill.

Owner offer great communication and hospitality in their clean, up scale home. Back yard tree is a great place to relax with morning coffee.

Good stay.

Overall we had a good stay. Cozy house. The bathroom was a bit cozier and less-well-designed than we might have liked. Neighborhood was good. Price was right and met expectations. Hosts were responsive.
