We appreciated the cleanliness and location of the home. There’s a lip on the driveway that scraped the underside of our car every time we entered or exited the property. Our children enjoyed playing with the toys and loved their rooms.

We had a wonderful stay in this immaculate home. Every space is decorated with great attention to detail, showing true pride in ownership. The spotless kitchen is well appointed, LOTS of hangers in the closet (yay!), super comfy bed (we only used the master) great outdoor space for soaking up some rays and for our dog to frolic. As a solar light junkie myself, I really enjoyed all the lights coming on in the evening in the backyard. So pretty!! Location was perfect for us, close to Old Town, Zoo etc, all within a 15 minute drive. Neighborhood is super quiet and felt very safe. We would definitely choose to stay here again! What a lovely home!!!!

Lovely home

The house is exactly as pictured. My husband loved having coffee in the morning on the back patio. Location was great for us as it was minutes away from our daughter at UNM. Check in was easy and in fact we were able to check in early which was much appreciated. Thank you for hosting us!

Great place to stay in Albuquerque!!!

We just spent 3 nights in this beautiful, comfortable home. The house is immaculate, cozy, well-appointed with the most comfy beds. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to lots of restaurants and shops in the Uptown area. We will 100% stay again!

Great location for our visit

We stayed here for a conference and really appreciated that it was just a short walk away — super convenient! The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and very quiet, which made for a restful stay. The host was communicative and responsive, though it would have been helpful to have contactless entry instructions available, rather than only available via communication with the host shortly before arrival.There were a few minor challenges: some of the decor and layout choices made it a bit tricky for our group to move around and use the space comfortably, and we found ourselves needing to adjust a few things to make it more accessible. Also, some of the instructions in the guidebook, like how to use the dishwasher and properly lock the windows, didn’t match the actual experience, which caused a little confusion. We figured it out and all was well in the end. We had were excited to use the outdoor fire pit, but unfortunately due to high winds and local restrictions, we weren’t able to do so safely — very understandable and happy to adhere, but was still a bummer to miss. Overall, it was a solid stay that served our purpose well, and with a few small adjustments, we made it work and had a great time. Thank you for hosting us!

Lived up to expectations

The property was cheery and bright. It was very clean and comfortable. The accommodations and location worked really well for our family. We chose it because of the top ratings from previous guests. We wholeheartedly join in the praise and would definitely use them in the future.

Wonderful stay in ABQ

We were very happy with our stay at this Albuquerque property. The home was very clean and well-maintained, with many extras provided for us. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of fluffy white towels and hangers in the closets. There were many extras available, including laundry soap, dryer sheets, plenty of toilet paper, and even trial size shampoos, conditioners, toothpaste, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, cooking oils and coffee kpods. We loved the artwork and decor throughout the home and enjoyed being able to park our car in the garage. Communications with the owners was quick and detailed. When we had a couple of questions during our stay, they were quick to respond.Thank you for sharing your place with us for our stay in Albuquerque.

Family stay

This is a comfortable, secure, and well appointed home in an older neighborhood in Uptown Albuquerque. We especially liked the well-equipped kitchen and the abundance of both creature comforts and decorative touches. This home would be appropriate for both short and longer stays. Communication with the host was excellent and everything was as it appears on VRBO.

Family Holiday

The house was perfect for our needs. Grear, tasteful decor, well stocked kitchen which allowed us to cook Christmas dinner for a r family, and very convenient location. The house was even decorated for Christmas which was a wonderful touch.

Spacious Oasis

Lovely home, beautifully decorated and cozy retreat for a family of four (plus a furry friend) close to Uptown. For us, it was a perfect location-close to our family we visiting and to shopping. Quick drive to the mountains for a morning hike. Tween and teen loved their own rooms and smart TV. We enjoyed coffee on the shaded back patio.

This neighborhood is convenient, quiet, and we were able to envision a space that was clean, crisp, cheerful, and an easy place that guests would enjoy staying at.

Whether staying for a few days, few weeks or a few months, this home provides total comfort and plenty of indoor & outdoor space. We updated and upgraded the home with quality materials, fixtures, floors, hardware, and did not cut corners, and this includes the furnishings, compared to many vacation rentals where owners end up using furniture pieces that are too small or not functional. The property sleeps up to 6 adults comfortably, so the living room is furnished with a large sectional sofa and arm chair that easily provides seating for 6+ adults; the dining room table & patio table also seat 6 comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked with attractive/matching dishware, glassware, silverware, pots/pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, coffee maker & coffee pods, Ninja air fryer, and other small appliances. There is a full size washer & dryer that guests are welcome to use, along with iron/ironing board, and basic cleaning supplies, vacuum, mop, etc. Extra sets of high thread count bedding and ample topnotch bathroom towels are included. The backyard is fully landscaped with a mature lawn, fire pit area, outdoor fireplace, covered patio, multiple outdoor seating areas, hammock, planting beds, outdoor lighting, and gas BBQ Grill. There are Smart TVs in each bedroom and the Living Room, along with Roku's, and no additional charge for High Speed Xfinity WIFI. We have worked hard to anticipate our guests' needs and deliver a space that we would find comfortable if we were visiting and staying there.
