The villa enjoys a privileged position. It is located in the most exclusive and quiet area of Corralejo. With direct access to small coves, ideal for water sports or just for a swim with Lobos Island and Lanzarote opposite you. It is located in a quiet and very central area. You can walk to all the places of leisure and to shopping center El Campanario. A 5 minute drive has 2 Great White sand beaches of Corralejo, spectacular. A 3 minute Pitch and Putt 9-hole golf lovers.
From the villa you can enjoy the sea view, Lanzarote and Isla de Lobos and very importantly, breathe the sea air.
The villa has for your comfort: kitchen, living room, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, storage room, private pool and private solarium, 2 terraces towards the sea, 1 terrace to the main entrance with a small garden and two parking private parking garage with remote control.
The villa is equipped with the following appliances: family fridge, stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker and Italian coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle; washer, dryer, iron and hairdryer. Also: flat screen TV, Canal Satellite, wifi, phone (local calls and receive calls) and safe.

Lovely villa

We had a fantastic stay. We came out with our friends and the villa was a lovely size with plenty of outside space as well inside. A great distance away from the main centre of town, an easy walk in/back. Definitely recommend and would stay again

Just got back to the UK after 6 weeks in Corralejo.we are in our early 70s,and very active.We arrived at lunchtime,and Sergio arranged for us to get in early.The villa is very clean and comfortable and the location is excellent,just 5 mins walk to El Campanario shopping centre,and 10 mins to the start of the shopping strip.The gate by the pool leads to a 30 m path which opens onto the coastal path.Through this gate and a 5 minute walk to the left takes you to the start of the beaches and the beach bars.5 mins walk to the right is Popcorn Beach,which we tended to favour.The views from the Villa are amazing,the balcony from the main bedroom having far reaching views to Playa Blanca,Lanzarote,the ferries in the harbour,town beaches,and popcorn beach.The display of the windsurfers is truly memorable.There is sun all day somewhere in the villa.Excellent value for money.We will definitely return.

The villa was clean and tidy, everything we needed was on hand and a local supermarket just 5 mins away. The selection of sun terraces and the pool made for a very relaxing holiday.

Great Position

The property is ideally located. Close to beach, shops and local services. Itā€™s not too far into town and a lovely walk. Alberto, the owner is very helpful as is the manager Sergio. Thanks again for a lovely week. Weā€™re booked in again for next year.

Enjoyable stay

Had a very enjoyable 11 days. Good location, seconds from the seafront. 5 minutes from Campanario centre with shops, bars & restaurants. 15 min walk to the strip. Views from the 3 terraces are great. Communications good & flexible check in, with Sergio waiting to greet us. Would definitely book again.

Excellent location, close to Campanario shopping centre and 10 mins walk into town. Fantastic views over Corralejo bay. Well equipped and exceptionally clean. There is sun all day on one of the 3 terraces, nice shaded seating and eating area. Could do with a couple of new sunbeds and some patio furniture on the bedroom terrace. Would definitely return.

The villa is in a good location with easy access to the town and shops, and is very clean and tidy with a safe. The only problems we found were, the oven did not work , neither did the pool shower, neither were fixed during our four week stay.

Unfortunately after 3 nights of very little sleep, we had to find alternative accommodation.The 3 adults who had rented next door were up to the early hours every night, they smoked so were continually going outside and the sound of wooden chairs scraping on tiles was extremely loud, we tried both bedrooms, to no avail.The pool area was very small and you were virtually on top of your next door neighbours, consequently we felt it was pointless to complain, it would just have made it difficult to use the outdoor space.It felt more like an apartment than a villa, your lounge area was really a hallway.Great location, so close to the beach and great views from the rooftop area.We rented a 3 bed villa round the corner for the rest of our stay which was peaceful and had a great pool/garden area so we felt it was worth the additional 400 paid.

Little Gem

We Stayed here in April 24. The property is amazing, spotlessly clean, spacious and welcoming. There is a shopping complex with a hiper dino, restaurants & bars within a 5 minute walk and the main strip is just 10 minutes away. The main bedroom has amazing views across to Lobos island and Lanzarote and there is a large roof terrace which gets the sun all day. There a some small changes that would make this property even better. A table and chairs is needed on the main bedroom. Terrace and the roof terrace and a barbecue would be of benefit, there is a gate with direct access to the beach, however this could not be opened so we had to walk a litte further to the beach. We will definitely book again, the owner and property manger were very friendly and the communication was good.

In December and January we have spent our holiday in the villa Majorera in Corralejo. We had a most enjoyable and restful holiday. On arrival we were welcomed very friendly and we were shown the villa. The villa was superb, very well presented and equipped with everything you could wish to make your stay comfortable. The wifi works fine, and you have a big choice in European television channels. The villa has several terraces and balconies. The roof terrace is the highlight. From the roof terrace you have a great view to the sea, the port and island Los Lobos. Also from the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom you can see the sea: a dream! The villa is located excellent: very quiet and central. The center of Corralejo is within walking distance. A shopping center is just 500 meters away. There is private access to the beach. The owners are always available and very helpful! Also our contact person in Corralejo is very friendly and helpful! We thank the owners for a wonderful holiday and can recommend a holiday in the villa Majorera! Thank you very much!

great week in Corralejo

Overall this property was fantastic, with a range of balconies to choose from, to enjoy panoramic views of the harbour. We would definitely consider booking again.There were a few points that would have benefited the property: The gate on to the beach has a rusted and old lock, which was broken on one side. This could be difficult to open without some strength and the "knack"!There was not enough furniture to enjoy the balconies on upper floors. We appreciate most people eat out most nights, so aren't as concerned with the kitchen. However, wanted to eat in on a few nights and noticed, no baking trays, no oven gloves, no tea towels etc. The microwave was ancient! The boiler was not sufficient to accommodate four guests showering. I turned this up to Max and was just about ok, but really needed to be greater capacity.Towels were very old and small.None of those points would stop us booking again, but fixing then would have made things much more convenient.We had great communication with Sergio and his daughter, who worked very hard on the cleaning on the day we arrived.Thank you, we hope to stay again soon!

Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen undnebenan hab es eine Hausrenovierung mit entspr. LƤrm!Bei aufgetretenen Problemen / Defekten war Sergio sofort vor Ort und hat sich gekĆ¼mmert. TOP Service und klasse Kommunikation. Wenn man es schlicht und einfach aber in toller Lage haben mƶchte ist man zu dem Preis-Leistungs-VerhƤltnis hier genau richtig.

Nous avons passƩ un agrƩable sƩjours dans votre location, tout ƩtƩ parfait juste quelques points a amƩliorƩs.Chaises de la terrasse ou les pieds sont rouillƩs et coupant je me suis coupƩ le pied a cause de ca, c'est un logement pour 4 adultes et nous avions que 2 transats de correctes.
