VILLA BELLA LUCÍA 2 (for Bella Lucía 1 and Bella Lucía 3, ask for availability)

Welcome to this excellent villa of 350 m2 located in one of the best areas of Corralejo, a few minutes from cafes, bazaars, supermarkets, taxi stops, bus and Corralejo water park (15 minutes on foot and 3 minutes by car) . Without forgetting, of course, its clear proximity to the Natural Park of the Dunes of Corralejo, where you will find the best beaches of the Canary Islands. The villa consists of 120 m2, distributed in living room, kitchen, dining room, 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 suite and the remaining with two single beds) and 2 full bathrooms. It also has outdoor areas (250 m2) where you will find the private and heated pool (additional cost), chill out, hammock and pergola area, solarium, and a barbecue where you can spend a pleasant time both in the day and in the night.

In the villa is not allowed the stay of more people than those that appear in the reserve. In case of non-compliance, the accommodation contract will be suspended. For more information, ask the owner.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay! America was very prompt in responding to messages, the property was exactly as shown in the pictures, in a very quite residential area, around a 20 to 30 minute walk to the centre of Corralejo, another shopping centre with twice weekly market was around a 20 minute walk away, we had the sun all day and it was well worth paying to have the pool heated! We will hopefully return next year as it was exactly what we hoped for!

Großartige Terrasse

Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne große Terrasse, wo von morgens bis abends Sonne ist. Die Strände und die Innenstadt sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar, genauso wie die großen Supermärkte. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. America hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert.

Bella Lucia 2 Villa

America met us on arrival at the Villa to show us around. She was very helpful. Villa Bella Lucia is a traditional style Villa in a lovely quiet residential area. It was immaculately clean and well maintained throughout. The only negative comments we would make are that the bath and pool towels need replacing as they are very worn. Also to operate the AC we needed coins which was fine but not mentioned in the villa description. However €1 keeps the bedrooms cool during the night. On arrival one of the AC units wasn’t working but America took care of this and a new was installed next day. It is approximately a 20 minute walk in to town. As noted by another reviewer there are no British tv channels of note available. (Predominantly German). And a new tv would be welcome as the sound quality was terrible. To sum up we enjoyed our holiday and would definitely return to Bella Lucia.

Fantastic Villa

The villa is a good size with all the amenities you need. The pool area is especially good with plenty of sun loungers and you can even arrange for the pool to heated if you are planning on going in the winter period. Everything was really clean and the host America was very helpful with fantastic communication about local events and attractions. The check in process was simple and the location of the villa is in easy walking distance of the main area for bars and restaurants. It took about 15 minutes to walk and as the weather is nice and warm I didn't use a taxi but there are plenty available if needed. I would highly recommend this Villa and would definitely stay here again :) Thanks America for a great holiday

Nice location, only 10 minutes from town centre, by foot.

There are plenty of villas around the area, but outside is still very private. We paid to have pool heated, which was definitely worth it for winter holiday. America and her husband Hose were very helpful and were very quick to respond to any query we had. We really enjoyed our stay at Bella Lucia 2.

America and Jose were charming hosts However,I have stayed at hundreds of villa rentals over the past 50 years and this is the first rental where there was no linen change after the first week- very poor. Also only one UK TV Channel and I specifically came to Corralejo as I was led to believe that there would be the usual British selection you get in Lanzarote rentals - 10 miles away. 40 German channels

un grand merci à América pour son très bel accueil... tŕès belle maison bien équipée, au calme et à 10 min à pied du centre ville de Corralejo... nous avons bien pu profiter de la piscine chauffée et du beau jardin... TOP!! ce bel endroit était parfaitement situé pour profiter de cette très belle région : dunes de corralejo, île de los lobos, il cotillo... bref nous la recommandons +++ ne pas hésiter...

Schöner Urlaub in Corrao

Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt in dem wunderschönem Haus. Alles sauber und gepflegt. America und Jose sind super nett und immer über WhatsApp erreichbar. Poll wurde alle 3 Tage gereinigt und Handtücher und Bettwäsche 1x die Woche gewechselt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank! Anna,Cori,René und Philip

Agréable séjour dans cette maison typique

Erholsamer Urlaub in Corralejo

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, genau wie die Außenanlage mit Pool. Wenn einmal ein Problem auftritt, so reicht eine kurze WhatsApp an America und es wird sich sofort darum gekümmert. Ein Mietwagen ist von Vorteil, man kann aber auch ganz gut zu Fuß in die Stadtmitte laufen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gem of a property

Bella Lucia is a beautiful spacious villa walking distance from the centre of Corralejo. Lucia the owner was a very friendly lady to deal with and explained the important aspects of the property. The property was very clean looked after and just how you want your accommodation to look like after a long day travelling. It was bigger than we were anticipating and even with 5 adults staying the was plenty of room inside and outside the house. I would certainly go back at some stage in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber und vor allem auf einer Ebene (Bungalow) mit einer sehr schönen Terasse. Der Pool wird 2x in der Woche gereinigt und wenn es Probleme gibt kann man immer die Vermieterin erreichen. Insgesamt ein sehr gepflegtes Haus, sehr empfehlenswert.

Excellent Villa, in great location with a perfect host!

America met us on arrival at the villa and showed us around and how all the appliances worked, the welcome basket was a lovely touch. Villa is very spacious, comfortable and clean. Kids loved the pool & the outdoors space. In a great location, nice and quiet with about a 20mins walk to the wonderful town of Corralejo. We walked into town on an evening and would then get a taxi back, approx 3/4 euros. America was a fantastic host, always contactable and was very helpful especially when we had to take my son to the doctors, America gave us a lift there and even came inside to help with any language issues, ensuring we got to see a doctor without any problems, thank you once again! We will certainly be looking to return sooner rather than later.

First break of the Year

Clean, comfortable villa in a quite residential area, America & family were helpful when needed (could not work the TV) & nice surprise of a welcome pack on our arrival. 20/25 walk to the main town, lovely weather every day. Only slight issue was that there were no cushions for the sun beds - we bought a couple around the corner for a reasonable price of 16 euros each - enjoy your stay

Very nice property in good location 10 mins walk from town.

The villa was very clean and comfortable inside with good facilities for a family of 5. Air conditioning was needed at night- has to be paid for but very cheap. Pool was good size and bit cold but ok considering it was November. Could wal to edge of town in 10 minutes. It’s a bit dusty in the outside areas because of a lot of building work in the area. However overall we would very much recommend this villa for a family holiday.

Propriétaire professionnelle et agréable. Maison chaleureuse, grande terrasse protégée aux couleurs chaudes, avec petite piscine. Solarium donnant une vue à 360° sur Corralejo et aux alentours.
