A rural house near Granada. Private pool, barbecue, and fireplace.

You can enjoy a typical rural house, located in the heart of Granada, in an agricultural environment, surrounded by paths to walk and enjoy nature. It is just 15 minutes drive from GRANADA, 45 minutes from Sierra Nevada, 40 minutes from the tropical coast of Granada and 10 minutes from the Airport.
Near the house, at 800m there is an economical restaurant for lunch or a few beers and soft drinks with free tapas. Next to the restaurant there is a bus stop that goes to Granada and nearby towns.

The house consists of two floors and can accommodate 10 people.
On the first floor we find a cozy living room with fireplace and ceilings built with the wood of the poplars, which transmit warmth in winter as well as freshness in summer, since they maintain the interior temperature.

The living room gives way to the kitchen, equipped with refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, coffee maker, blender, toaster, utensils ... and a pantry where you can have her own belongings in order. On this floor there is also a cozy dining room with a window to the porch.

The porch is accessed from the kitchen and is decorated with typical Grenadian ceramics and part covered with awnings depending on the sun or shade.

Through the porch we pass to the patio where there is a bathroom. The patio is quite wide, with barbecue to enjoy the days in which the weather allows to eat outdoors.

From the patio, you can access the private pool area, where you can cool off in the company of your loved ones at any time you want.

The upper floor has 4 bedrooms, two of them with views of the porch and with a double bed, one of them with two single beds and the other with four single beds and with windows overlooking the road in the middle of nature. On this floor there is a full bathroom.

SITUATION: Huerta Sartén is located in the countryside, in the Vega de Granada, at a distance of 12 km from Granada, approximately 10-15 minutes by car, as it is very close to the highway, which you can access both to go to the airport (about 10 minutes), to travel to the beaches of Granada (about 40 minutes) or to Sierra Nevada (about 45 minutes).

It is an independent house so the guest can fully dispose of all their rooms, porch, private pool etc, without having to share with other guests.
It is located in a very quiet area and at the same time very close to villages that have services such as supermarkets, restaurants .......

In Granada you can visit countless monuments such as the Alhambra, the Royal Chapel, the Cathedral, the Alcaicería, the Albaycín District, as well as museums scattered throughout the city (Science Park, archaeological museum, etc). You can also enjoy its rich cuisine that offer restaurants located in neighborhoods as full of history and charm as the Albaycín, Birrambla Square, Navas Street, Ganivet Street or Puerta Real, as well as many others that offer their famous tapas throughout Spain.

The house is located very close to interesting towns such as Santa Fe, Fuente Vaqueros, Atarfe or Pinos Puente.

Santa Fe was a military camp, planned by the Catholic Monarchs for the final assault on the Nasrids of the Muslim Kingdom of Granada, in the mid-15th century, in which is the Church of Neoclassical style and the Poster Building, current tourist office. Today, this town is also known for its famous “pioneer” sweets, whose recipe remains secret for all other workers.

Fuente Vaqueros is a well-known town internationally for being the birthplace of Federico García Lorca, writer and poet of the 20th century, where you can visit the house where he was born, now a museum.

Atarfe is a town that houses the well-known "Hermitage of the Three Juanes", from which you can admire a beautiful panorama of the Vega, and enjoy an environment of gardens and exotic animals.
It is also very interesting the archaeological museum of Sierra Elvira as well as its "king's horses", name given to the stones by way of slides and the pool with hot springs that have made this mountain famous.

All these villages that surround the house have a special Granada and Andalusian charm.

The house is 45 minutes from Sierra Nevada where you can ski on its slopes and 40 minutes from the tropical coast of Granada.

At 2km there is a horse riding hall where you can go horse riding and you can also walk and go hiking on the roads that surround it.
