Our holiday homes located in the urban area of ​​the municipality of Guevejar, only 6 km. from Granada, are ideal for visiting Granada and its surroundings, Sierra Nevada is 50 minutes away, Costa Tropical, Las Alpujarras, 60 km, Malaga airport 100 km, Jaen 90 km, the coast of Almeria.
The monumental city of Granada is 15 minutes by car, although there is a regular bus line whose stop is 150 meters from the houses and leaves them in the historic center of Granada city.
We have three and four bedroom houses, can be rented individually or for groups, being able in these cases to have a large room for your meetings.
The three houses can use the games area with billiards, pin pon, futbolin ...

This house is distributed over three floors, on the ground floor there is a large living room, independent kitchen from which you access the terrace with barbecue and also find a toilet.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower (one of them inside the double bedroom), on the third floor there is another large bedroom with toilet and a large terrace of 40 meters.
All rooms including bathrooms have heating and in the living room there is a hot and cold pump.
