Great location beautiful condo

We will be back! My family and I enjoyed the space this condo provided and the location. Its away from the hustle and bustle but close enough that you can be there in just minutes. Communication was on point and very helpful with all of the questions we had.

Convenient

No place is perfect as all have issues. It takes several minutes for the hot to come, but it does get hot We have stayed in this condo twice. We enjoy the convenience of it.

TN get away

When you first drive up the condos look a little outdated and the landscaping needs work. But once I'm this condo...it is so spacious and comfy. My husband and I have already discussed reserving this condo next year. It is so convenient to attractions and surrounding areas.

Great location!

Location was great.. Off the parkway.. Condo was clean, lots of towels and extra blankets.. Fireplace didn't work after the first day, 1 phone call and the maint was there to fix it right away. Ample parking.. Carpets need a good steam clean, but everything else was very clean.. I would stay here again. My 4 year old loved it and didn't want to go home!

Great place to stay!

We loved the convenience of all the attractions. There were a few things in the condo that need attention. The WiFi range within the condo was not good. It was hard to regulate the temp in the master bed room. The lower drawer in the master was broken. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We really loved the fireplace. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again.

labor day weekend

Nice place, pictures does looks like this place, very impressed close to everything , would stay here again, very clean in the unit, the Mattress on both beds needs replacement, they are terrible, tv in the bedrooms are outdated, did not see a indoor pool, hot tub, at this location, on the out side as listed in the details, the trash needs to be pick up around the dumpsters , again nice unit except for these items, this is a very large unit, enough room to spread out and enjoy the stay, plenty of space, we had a good time.

Beds Are Old Innerspring/Hard & Squeaky

Very nice unit, but the beds are old - as in innerspring 20 years ago old. No bulbs in the Condo, so lamps that are out can't be used. No overhead lights in bedrooms with lamps that are out, so they were very dim.

Great location and spacious

Our family stayed here for a couple nights while visiting the area. It's a great location to access Pigeon Forge and all the shops and restaurants are within a couple minute drive. Very spacious living room and kitchen made it comfortable for everyone.

Nice, clean, and convenient

Enjoyed everything about the property except for road noise. Lots of late-night traffic and the balcony faces the road—about 20 ft away. The master bedroom and living room face the road, so it’s hard to escape. Had everything we needed, though.

Convenient Handicap Paradise

Possibly the best place to stay in Pigeon Forge, right off the Main Street in town, very close to the entrance to the Smokies, on Dollywood Way, and absolutely gorgeous. The photos are accurate! It overlooks the Gatlinburg Golf Course and a small Mountain View, even on the bottom floor. We had trouble finding the accessibility entrance to the sidewalk, but the landscaping was dotted with little spotlights. Even in the off season, when Dollywood is closed, we found many restaurants and stores and the National Park (free) were open and friendly, welcoming locals and tourists were ready to talk and visit. Best U. S. vacation yet.

Enjoyed our stay

Everything was pretty good. Good location, quiet yet just a short drive to attractions/restaurants. Would stay there again. Only thing that I could say needs upgraded is the televisions in the bedrooms. We had no other issues

Not a fan - Will not rebook

I arrived at the property on the first day around 9:30pm after driving for several hours. Once arriving, I punch in the door code and it does not work. I try it again and get the same result. I called the number listed on the management company’s portal. My call is sent to an answering service, who keeps me on hold for nearly 2 hours. At which time they tell me they are trying to get in touch with someone at the management company in order to get the door code changed. This never happened. I ended up having to book a hotel room for the night. I sent multiple emails and left voicemails for the management company to contact me regarding the door code issue. They never did. They next I ended up contacting them again at which time they changed the door code and I was finally able to get into the condo. Once I walked in, the condo looked outdated but clean. Upon further inspection, I discovered I was mistaken. There was food/beverage spattered on the walls in the kitchen/bar area. Fake nails were found on the floor in the master bedroom. The carpet appeared to not have been vacuumed after the last guests left. The microwave was dirty. I could keep going but I’m sure you get the point. I have requested a refund for the first night since it was no fault of my own that I could not get the door open or get in touch with someone to correct the problem. I am still waiting on a response.

My anniversary

This was my husband and I are second anniversary and my sister-in-law and her new husband’s honeymoon. We looked up online we could not find a cabin .We looked for an apartment or a cottage. We picked this apartment because it accommodations a new location and we thought it had everything that we need it. The location is perfect . The apartment from the outside is very dirty and needs painted or pressure clean. Then we were on the first floor which we kniw but right next to our apt was some type of electrical room that kicked on every 10 minutes Extremely loud and nerve wrecking and we could hear the elevator the whole time as well . The traffic was pretty noisy as well. The carpet is very outdated should be replaced with hardwood floors or tile. We wore our socks because we were afraid of how dirty the carpet was. There was plenty of dishes & refrigerator was clean. I did have to call down and have them pick up trash we were there eight days. We contemplated on leaving after the first day! It was not exactly what we had planned. What but we made the best of what we could out of a noisy situation.
