Optional Pool Heating is $59 per day and the fee will be taken out of your deposit if you decide to heat the pool.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancelled 61 days prior to the arrival date,100%of the rental amount, less the cancellation fee of $295 will be refunded. If cancelled between 31and 60 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the rental amount, less cancellation fee will be refunded. There are no refunds for reservations cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date.
