Welcome to Seachase E201! You are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this luxury beach front condo with 60 feet of floor-to-ceiling glass in the living/dining/kitchen and both bedrooms, all of which overlook the Gulf of Mexico. Totally renovated, high-end gulf front unit for up to 8 people maximum. Living/dining/kitchen area and two bedrooms all facing the gulf. You can't beat this unit. Granite countertops, warm decor with beautiful furniture. Owner allows mature guests who know how to take care of other's property. No smoking anywhere in this unit (including on the balcony).

This is a dog friendly unit. No cats. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed to stay in this unit. Please note dogs are not allowed on the beach in front of Seachase, but they are allowed at designated dog beach areas and the closest one is about 1 mile east of Seachase at the pier at Pier Park.

Seachase is located only a mile from great dining and shopping at Peir Park and only a couple of miles from Frank Brown Park where most softball and baseball tournaments are held.

*Maximum Occupancy: 8
*Absolutely no smoking in the unit or on the balcony.
*A maximum of 2 well-trained dogs are allowed. No weight restrictions, but no aggressive breeds.
*Beds: 4 - (king-size bed in master bedroom, 2 queen-size beds in guest bedroom, queen-size sleeper sofa)
*Bathrooms: 2.0 - (full bathrooms)
*Free Wireless Internet available in the unit.
*No telephone provided; guest must rely on cell phone.

Awesome view and space

My family enjoyed the views from this condo! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. My doggies loved being able to vacation with us too! I rarely would stay at the same place, but I would definitely go back!

Excellent place!

The view is just incredible! We had a wonderful time here. Staying right on the beach is the way to go. The beach was empty! Everything at the place was just perfect. Very kind and responsive hosts! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I loved staying at this property. Everything was very clean and the beds are nice and comfortable. They let our golden retriever stay here and that is very hard to find. Most condos on the beach have a strict weight limit for dogs. The host had great communication and was very friendly. We would love to stay here again!

The condo was beautiful, very clean, had everything we needed. Could not ask for a nicer place. Very pet friendly. My Simba enjoyed the balcony watching the people and ocean. Beautiful sunsets. We’ll definitely will be staying there again.

celebrating 60 years!

we're all turning 60 this year! this place was perfect for the 5 of us. Super nice and spacious. The views are awesome. Plenty of bath towels & wash clothes. It was a great home away from home. We will try to stay here again on our next trip!

Perfect Getaway

Our family has stayed in this unit several times but this stay was different; just the husband and I. Everything was perfect even the weather. This unit never disappoints and feels like a home away from home. Corri is wonderful! Can’t wait for another trip!

Beautiful views

We picked this property because of the layout all bedrooms with ocean views and it did not disappoint. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Best of all it came with two umbrellas and 4 chairs. The unit decor is dared from the 80s but it is ver ynice. Will definitely stay here again

Amazing weekend!

Thank you for an amazing weekend! The location and views were perfect!!! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what our family of 5 needed to enjoy the beach! Sitting on the spacious balcony was relaxing and the views spectacular! The owner responded quickly to any questions but we never had any problems during our stay. Thanks again!

This was our second time staying here and once again, it did not disappoint. Located right on the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Huge windows to look out, large kitchen and beach chairs/umbrella included with the rental. Corri was very kind and responsive. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us!

Place was nice except it could have been cleaner and both rooms are very hot at night and the mattresses could be updated

Thank you for your feedback and we are glad you enjoyed your stay. It is not typical for the units to be hot at night, although it is possible at times during the highest heat of summer for them to be warm during the day requiring the blinds to be pulled. Similar to your concerns with the mattresses, this is the first we have heard on these particular issues so we will keep a close eye if any others are having trouble as well. Mattresses are particularly difficult items as we all have different personal preferences, but I appreciate you letting us know they did not meet your expectations. We hope to have you as a return guest, and if we do, please let us know during your stay of any cleaning concerns and we will be happy to address them for you promptly. Take care!

Beautiful Condo

This condo is beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable. There were two leather recliners; which is one of the reasons we booked it. The view was great, directly beach front. Although we only used the kitchen a little bit, it was great. The owner was wonderful to work with on all our needs. We will probably stay their again.

One of the most amazing places we've stayed

Our family has been visiting PCB for 28+ years. This is one of the BEST condos we've visited. The room setup was perfect. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect if you're interested in visiting Pier Park and several restaurants. It's very convenient to grocery stores. For our stay, there was hardly no one on the beach. It was not crowded at all. Our entire visit was perfect!!! We would definitely stay there again!

Pet friendly stay

We had a wonderful time. I love that it accepted my 58 lbs dog. Most places don’t. The condo was very clean and in a great location. The whole place has a view of the beach. The only drawback is they don’t show up to repair things. Luckily, the leaking master sink didn’t ruin our vacation.

Condo looks just like the pictures. Location can’t be beat especially those traveling with dogs, as it’s so close to the dog beach at Pier Park! Ginormous closets and the master bathroom was also very spacious. Corri was always prompt in her replies to my messages. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Very private, great views

Property needs some cleaning. Private beach had lots of cigarette butts and trash. Room was good, needs some fresh paint and a deep clean otherwise good. Host was excellent answers immediately and addressed our issues promptly.

We live at the beach and it is always heartbreaking when people choose to litter or leave there trash at the end of the day, so we share your disappointment. That said, there is typically regular beach cleanup and we are sorry you had this experience. In regards to painting, we agree that it is time for a new coat. This is scheduled for the very near future. All windows and doors are being replaced in the coming months, so the entire unit will be painted once the project is completed. We very much appreciate your comments on our service as we strive to accommodate guest requests quickly and want you to enjoy your stay! Family vacation with dogs

Spent the week with family and 2 dogs. Great location. Beach was not overcrowded at this end. Loved that beach service was included and we didn’t have to lug sandy chairs and umbrellas back and forth. Grandma could sit on balcony with the dogs and watch the kids in the water if she didn’t want to come down to beach. Everything you need to cook is in kitchen. We made breakfast everyday. Winn Dixie in walking distance. Beautiful oceanfront views from every room, we never wanted to close the blinds. Older building but kept up, would definitely rent again. Owner very easy to work with and quick to respond.

Need some more cleaning. Webs behind one side of the shades in guest bedroom. Need to check light bulbs before new guest arrives. Like three of them were not functioning. We replaced one that we found on the washing cabinet, Worked an hour...
