Townhouse is located at 5129 Gulf Drive, conveniently located near St. Andrew's State Park, Schooner's, Capt. Anderson's, Grand Marlin, Dat Cajun Place, Andy's Flour Power, Winn-Dixie, Publix, Treasure Island Marina and many other local favorites for shopping, dining, activities and entertainment.

The living room looks out over the beaches. There is a deck leading out to the beach. The decor is done in a contemporary flair of reds, greens, yellows and blues.

Full kitchen with tumbled marble back splash overlooks great room. The Master bedroom overlooks the beaches and has a covered balcony.

Guests must be 25 years of age to rent an occupy this townhouse, unless accompanied by parents staying in the townhouse throughout the entire reservation.

PET: A small non-shedding dog is allowed and must weigh 20 lbs or less, be current on all vaccinations, flea, tick and worm treatments. Dogs are not allowed on the public beaches per local ordinance, furniture, beds or bedding and should be crated when left unattended. There is plenty of room to walk your dog outside along the street. Pet must be pre-approved at time of reservation, be sure to include pet details when inquiring.

Evacuation Turned Vacation

We traveled up to Panama City to evacuate and the most remarkable thing happened, it turned into a delightful vaca. The house was dreamy and everything we’d ever ask for. The space was perfect, clean and comfortable. The balcony off the master was a delight and dinner on the patio watching the sunsets were perfect. There’s a wonderful restaurant that’s walking distance and so conveniently delicious! I can’t say enough wonderful things, would totally recommend to anyone…unless I’m trying to go again so nobody takes it before me 😂. Truly made us enjoy a terrible situation with the hurricane

Superb!!!

From the booking to check in and then throughout the stay, communication with the owner was exceptional. The townhouse was very clean and well-appointed with comfortable furniture and beds. Appliances were clean, kitchen well-stocked and several choices on the smart TV. The absolute best part was being able to walk right out to the beach every day!We will absolutely stay here again!!!

Beautiful serenity on the beach!

House was very clean and spacious. Being able to walk straight out to the beach and vehicle was so convenient! It is right beside schooners but you can’t hear any outside noise. David was very friendly and helpful

Extreme Comfort

The townhouse was incredibly comfortable and had all the conveniences of home. The beds were incredible, the kitchen was stacked, tons of towels, and lots of extras that made it just so easy. Will definitely consider booking this same exact spot next time.

Wonderful location ON THE BEACH

Family vacation with husband and 2 grown daughters. Town house just as described and lots of extras too. Loved the location and loved being able to walk off of deck onto the beach. We went the week of July 9 and the beaches weren’t too crowded. Took our shih tzu and she loved being able to sit on the deck and check things out!

Right on the beach

Just steps to toes in the sand from the patio! Schooner’s is right next door. Jet skis and umbrellas are on the beach ready to enjoy! Unit was clean and plenty of space for our family.

Paradise!!!!!

One of the best vacations so far! It was like paradise with the views from the deck & balcony! Waking up from the master bedroom we got a view of the ocean. Our small dog even enjoyed the stay! The rental had everything you could need and we can’t wait for our next trip.

AWESOME!!!!

We loved our stay, location was great (right on the beach and next to Schooners). The unit was clean and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Unit also had quality beach chairs which was a plus since we had planned on purchasing while we were in PCB. I could go on and on about how much we loved the place. THUMBS UP AND FIVE STARS!!!! This was our 2nd stay at one of David's properties and definitely will not be our last. Thanks!!!!

Awesome Place

This property was nicer than I thought it would be. Beautiful view, easy access...Very well stocked. I have rented a lot pf places, but none have ever been as stocked with everything you need. A plus was all the beach stuff there for use..I will be booking this property again for next year..

Great location. Beds were so comfortable. Unit was very clean but in need of updating. The path to the beach was very overgrown with weeds and hard to walk thru. Furniture smelled bad and was very uncomfortable. Carpet needs to be taken out. Unit was pet friendly but there is no grass near the unit. Had to walk a block to find any. However we would stay here again because of the location. Maybe just a different unit as we were told some of the other ones were already updated. Manager was great and responded immediately.

The best location!

We splurged this year to have a more private stay to avoid Covid. This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Walking straight out to the beach was the best. No elevators, no crowd, just us. We spent a lot of time on the deck watching the water and the sunsets I hope this will be available for us next year.

Just what we wanted!

We’ve been staying in a condo up the beach from here the last few years. A friend of mine told me of this place and we could not be happier with our choice to book it! All the reviews were right about how stocked the house is! Sound machines for our kids. Plenty of beach items. Tons of towels. All the kitchen supplies you would need to cook anything inside or on the grill. We will be returning next year!

Great Condo and Perfect Location

This condo was perfect for our group of ladies on our Moms Getaway Weekend. It was clean and the beds were super comfy! We enjoyed the convenience of being right next to Schooners for lunch/dinner/drinks. I would recommend this property for a small family or a girls getaway for sure!

Great home Just Steps to the beach!

Very nice clean and comfy. Love this home. It was right on the beach and had everything you needed even beach chairs, beach towels and sand toys ( we brought ours we didn’t know but next time we won’t pack so much) will keep this number to rent again next time! Would definitely recommend this place!🥰❤️

2020 PC vacation

The property was very nice an accessible to everything. Myself and my bestfriend came down with our kids and couldn't have been happier. David was very helpful and we will definitely be back.
