DESCRIPTION IN DETAIL:
Very refined villa, recently renovated and livable at any time of the year.
It is located in Marina di Marittima, in the heart of the protected natural park on the coast from Otranto to Santa Maria di Leuca; it overlooks the suggestive Acquaviva bay (whose crystal clear waters are a few meters away) and its terraces overlook the entire bay of Castro Marina.
Equipped with a double entrance, it is enriched by a well-kept Mediterranean garden, rare in the coastal area, with English lawn and old trees, furnished with comfortable beds where you can sunbathe in absolute freedom. A hot / cold shower, surrounded by greenery, allows you to cool off enjoying moments of complete relaxation.
The garden overlooks a large patio equipped with a table for 10/12 seats, 2 comfortable armchairs and a second table for 4 seats. The lighting is obtained from old nautical instruments in bronze and brass.
A second large patio, overlooking the entire bay of Castro, is equipped with an 8-seater lava stone table, a conversation area with 2 large sofas +2 wicker armchairs and a 4-seater lava stone coffee table.
The living area inside the house consists of an open space of about 70 square meters, finely furnished, in which there are: a fully functional fireplace, two sofas, a maxi screen and a rich library. The kitchen is equipped in every detail, the appliances are new and all the dishes, cutlery, glasses, and cups are complete for 12/18 people.
In the living area there is also a courtesy bathroom with a large masonry shower and a comfortable laundry room.
Upstairs there are the three bedrooms that open onto a sea-view balcony that runs all around the house, equipped with tables and chairs. All bathrooms have a shower and in one of them
there is a large shower with hydromassage.
The entire house boasts quality materials and finishes and is livable all year long.

1) the mandatory daily cleaning of the house for two hours to be carried out with the house's trusted staff with whom to agree on the times;

3) bathroom linen which will be changed every three days;

Beach towels are provided .

An additional cleaning service is available at € 10.00 per hour on request.

A final cleaning charge of € 200 for guests after a minimum stay of 5 nights
