Entering the apartment from the large courtyard you will feel the generous and comfortable space of the apartment... located on the left hand side of the hallway are the roomy main bedroom,second bedroom and shower room. Leading off the hallway are the kitchen/lounge/dining area walking through this room there is a door leading off to the third bedroom with private bathroom off . The large courtyard has table/seating area less than a ten minute walk to the centre of Otranto where you will find restaurants,bars,cafes in the Historic Centre. We are only 20 metres from a rocky suntrap where you can swim and a two minute walk to the beach.
Ideally located in Otranto as we are so near to Otranto beachfront you can stroll down for a morning swim and enjoy a cappucino at Il Moresco bar overlooking the stunning Adriatic sea and Otranto beach!
A car parking space is available in the private cul-de-sac area .
We do catch a narrow view of Otranto port from the main bedroom and kitchen windows which is an added bonus in Otranto the property is located one building back from the seafront.
If you do arrive late at the property ( after 21.30) there is a €40 charge.
