Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Electric storage heaters, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Private car park, allocated for 1 car. No smoking.. Positioned above the Yacht Club in a small block of apartments, guests have the chance to relax and enjoy this stylish apartment following redecoration and comes with its own allocated car parking space.

Located on the second floor overlooking the picturesque seascape of Brixham, this open-plan apartment boasts panoramic views of the bay and marina. Within its airy confines, a cosy living area beckons with an inviting electric pebble effect fire, accompanied by modern entertainment amenities including a Freeview HD TV with YouView and BT Sports. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom offers the convenience of a shower over a bath, offering either an indulgent soak or a rejuvenating rinse. Lovely well equipped apartment. Comfy bed. Fabulous location. Housekeeper rang us a couple of days before to introduce herself and say if we had any problems we could contact her. Luckily we didn't have to. Hardly used the car all the time we were there. Fabulous location and views from the apartment

It was spotlessly clean, and was pretty spacious and well located on the water front.The views of the harbour and coast were to die for, although we did miss the fact there was not a balcony but this did not detract from the experience. I would thoroughly recommend the apartment to anybody

Our second time to this apartment which surely means we truly liked it .

Our second time to this apartment which surely means we truly liked it . Very Clean , TV , WIFI , CD / DVD all excellent .. Kitchen equipment really good with electric hob , cooker, micro wave , dish washer, washing machine and fridge . Plentiful supply of hot water and a good shower all accompanied with excellent views of Brixham harbour and view over the water to Torquay . The only downside is the climb up four flights of stairs , no problem if we were a little younger but now in our 70`s we found it a bit of a struggle . Excellent in all other aspects ..

This is the perfect getaway place.

This is the perfect getaway place... You park the car up and never need it until you leave... Walking and public transport are perfect for getting around.. and I challenge you to find a better prawn cocktail than the one they serve at the prince William....

Excellent parking facilities and all the home comforts.

Excellent parking facilities and all the home comforts. The manager of the property was very helpful, contacting us the day before and ensuring we had milk for arrival. We believe however that it is a bit of a stretch to advertise balcony/outside space. It is not really usable and is certainly not private. There is a table and chairs provided to use on the balcony, BUT it is a shared balcony and is the only access/walkway to the next door flat and you have to move all of the furniture in order to allow those occupants to come and go and for this we mark it down.

Good apartment within easy reach of the harbour. Didn’t find a decent pub in the town or quality restaurant. Very expensive restaurants for what is offered. Tourists ripoff town.
