We had a very enjoyable week at 6 Linden Court.

We had a very enjoyable week at 6 Linden Court. The weather was cold but settled and this enabled us to go for some long walks and also enjoy some December sunshine on the balcony. The mattress was a lot softer than we are used to and unfortunately we didn't sleep well which was a pity because the location was otherwise very peaceful. Excellent Apartment

The property was spotless and furnished to a high standard. The views over Brixham Harbour were to die for. Can’t fault it and would highly recommend it.

An immaculate apartment well presented with amazing views from the balcony. Parking is very tight as others have mentioned. Also very tight space at end of bed making getting to left hand side very difficult. However all in all we had a very enjoyable holiday here. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Linden court is a lovely apartment the view is excellent.

Linden court is a lovely apartment the view is excellent. The route to and from the harbour is far to hilly you need to declare in your jargon about London court how steep the rides are we are an older couple and found it very difficult getting up and down to the facilities, we would definitely not have booked it if there had been adequate information. The weeks holiday was fabulous, the flat is very well appointed, clean and to a very high standard.

The weeks holiday was fabulous, the flat is very well appointed, clean and to a very high standard. The bedroom however is very small and the allocated parking space is tiny with our mini looking too big. Overall we had a great week.

Great location 5 minutes from the harbour and centre but it is on a hill so if you have mobility/ walking difficulties this may be an issue. Apartment looks a little dated from the outside but once inside it is clean modern and the view from the balcony is amazing. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

We had a great stay over Easter, such a great location & the views are just amazing! The place was spotless & had everything we needed although as we had such wonderful weather it would have been nice to be able to eat on the balcony but this was just not possible, the table is not as shown in the photos & is not dining size/height. There are a few steps/hills to navigate to reach the apartment but it was worth the climb purely for the views. Overall a wonderful place to stay & lots of pubs/restaurants within walking distance to Brixham! We went on trips to Torquay & Dartmouth by boat & didn’t have to use our car one.

Been coming to Linden Court for 25 years on and off and it seems to get better every time.

Been coming to Linden Court for 25 years on and off and it seems to get better every time. My holiday starts as soon as I see the view from the room. Everything is excellent apart from two minor points, a) tv picture keeps breaking up and b) table on verandah could be higher so we could sit down to a proper meal instead of stooping.
