This is a 3 bedroom front house unit. Need more space? Please let us know! We also offer rental of our 2 bedroom attached back unit with bedrooms upstairs. If you rent both units, you get a total of 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 kitchens. 2 family rooms, 2 washers and dryers, 2 off street carport parking spots, a common spacious backyard with patio furniture and a grill. The entire house is newly renovated and boasts well appointed, brand new furniture and appliances. Located only 15 minutes drive to French Quarters; only blocks from the University of New Orleans and less than 2 miles from the shore of Lake Pontchartrain. The Gentilly area is one of the finest residential areas of the city. The neighbors are quiet and very friendly. There's a convenient walking trail accessible just outside the doors of our home. This home will definitely give you the feel of how locals live in New Orleans. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. Enjoy the fun and festivals our great city has to offer. Great spot north of the French Quarter and Bourbon street. Plenty of space for everyone, quiet and serene neighborhood. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the property and in the city!

A group of us stayed at the property during the week of our Zeta Phi Beta Boule. The location was great and not far from the Convention Center. Both houses were clean and very well maintained. The owner was extremely helpful and when our one issue occurred, she handled it promptly (within the hour). I would definitely use this property again.

Outstanding

My entire family meet in New Orleans to stay in both units. The location was great, we were minutes from everything. The house was clean, plenty of towels and hot water and all of us enjoyed the entire trip. We cooked breakfast every morning for our bunch. Beds were great and I loved the fact that there is a TV in every bedroom. Thanks again for everything. Mona

Lots of space in a clean and inviting home

We rented both properties for a bachelor party and there was plenty of room for everyone to stay. It was nice to have one house where people could relax and another where we could watch TV and listen to music. Dwana was a great host and excellently communicated with us each step of the way. Would definitely recommend to big groups! It was a quick Uber ride do different parts of the city.

Large Bachelorette Group - Fantastic Home to Stay !

I couldn’t be more thrilled with the accommodations. The house is exactly as it is pictured: both units impeccably clean and spacious. The decor is beautiful! Went down with a group of 12+ girls for a bachelorette weekend and even on a rained out night, we were happy to just lounge at the house! Dwana and Mindy were great - so very responsive throughout the entire trip - and if I find myself in NOLA again with a big group, I’ll be sure to see if this space is available!

Amazing!!

We rented the front and back units for a bachelorette party with 14 girls and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! We never ran out of towels or hot water. The kitchen is super well stocked down to coffee, salt and pepper, granola bars, olive oil, blender, food processor, etc. The neighborhood is very safe, we always felt comfortable with the doors unlocked. That couches are also fluffy and very comfortable. We locked ourselves out and the property manager was so kind and helpful and Ms. Dwana called me to make sure everything was fine when we got there. They also left us wine and chocolates to celebrate. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Both houses were beautiful and furnished with extra comfy beds and couches.

We came down to New Orleans during jazz fest for a bachelor party and had an amazing time. The house is about a 15 minute drive to downtown and we never had a problem getting an Uber or a cab no matter the time. The owner, Dwana, was very nice and was extremely easy to get ahold of coming up to the trip. Everything in the house was great, so I didn't need to call her once. We had 11 late 20s- early 30 year old guys and never ran out of towels or toilet paper. There are shopping centers and great places to eat within 5 minutes of the house if you didn't want to make the trip downtown. Overall, we had a great time and I would recommend this house, or any other houses Dwana Frank owns for anyone going down to New Orleans.
