Tiny parks like Annunciation Square and Coliseum Square are local gathering spots. This condo is ideally located within close proximity to numerous New Orleans landmarks including Jackson Square (1.7 Miles), Caesars Superdome/Smoothie King Center (1.4 Miles), The National WWII Museum (0.6 Miles), and the famous Lafayette Cemetery No. 1 (1.2 Miles).

Colorful light filters through original stained-glass windows, falling in shifting patterns across wide hardwood floors that have absorbed more than a century of New Orleans life. Soaring ceilings and preserved architectural details give every room a sense of scale that newer construction simply can't manufacture. Whether your group is here for a festival, a long weekend, or a slow few days with nowhere to be, this Lower Garden District home sets the right tone from the moment you walk in.

Living space
An open layout gives six guests plenty of room without anyone feeling crowded. Two distinct outdoor areas extend your footprint into the city air - an upper balcony and a ground-level patio anchored by a stone fountain. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill make the patio a natural spot for an easy dinner outside or a relaxed drink before heading into the neighborhood.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms, each with its own character, sleep up to six guests across four beds. A private entrance serves each bedroom, giving everyone in the group the ability to come and go independently. Three full bathrooms serve the home.

Kitchen & dining
The chef's kitchen is stocked for real cooking - stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and baking sheet, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. An island with casual seating handles breakfast as easily as a midday work session. The wet bar serves as a natural gathering point before a night out, and a dining table completes the indoor setup.

Bathroom
All three bathrooms come fully equipped with hot water, a bathtub, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer, and cleaning products.

Comfort & conveniences
Central air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round. Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available throughout. Washer and dryer, iron, hangers, clothing storage, and bed linens are all on hand. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are in place. Self check-in via smart lock means you arrive on your own schedule, and free parking is available on the premises. Note: Essentials (toiletries and starter supplies) are not provided - plan to bring these or pick them up on arrival.

Neighborhood
The home sits in the Lower Garden District, within easy reach of Magazine Street's independent shops and restaurants, a short trip from the French Quarter, and close to the National WWII Museum. It's particularly well-positioned for Mardi Gras, New Year's Eve, the Sugar Bowl, Krewe of Joan of Arc, and spring festival visits - book early for peak-season dates.
