LA MADONNELLA 10 is a beautiful loft of about 40 square meters in the historic center along the route that connects Sperlonga high to the sea area. The address is Via Madonnella 10 and the building features are typical and unique of the past with stone walls, vaulted ceilings and large windows with great brightness. The loft is positioned at the beginning of the historic center so as to be very functional both for days at sea and for evening outings in the small square. The sea view completes the beauty of the loft offering sensations of particular wellbeing. It is therefore particularly comfortable on the first floor, very fresh and well exposed. Entering the house you have the pleasant feeling of ample space being immediately in the kitchen area with a living room furnished with a dining table, sofa bed and functional TV. The kitchen has very large dimensions with totally new furniture and accessories, equipped with an oven, fridge and much more. It is equipped with everything you need: pots, dishes, plates, glasses, glasses, oven, fridge with freezer, etc. The washing machine is integrated into the kitchen cabinets. The sleeping area consists of a raised area for the double bed which also offers a pleasant sea view and a small bedroom below with a comfortable bed and a half square. We are in Via Madonnella 10 (gps coordinates 41 ° 15'22. 7 "N 13 ° 26'05. 6" E), at the beginning of the historical center going up from the sea, a few steps from the sea and from the historical part of Sperlonga. The location of the house is fantastic and at about 100 meters we find the seafront with restaurants, bars, boutiques, and every kind of welcome service. Also the Lido Belvedere bathing establishment included in the price, the supermarket, the pharmacy, the town market on Saturday are pleasantly reachable on foot. And then a thousand other places of entertainment such as the children's playground, seaside bars, restaurants, pizzerias and much more. The centrality of the house makes it particularly functional also for evening outings to the historic center and to the more modern sea area.
Casa Vacanza Madonnella 10 is recently renovated and everything is tidy and welcoming, from the installations, to the TV, to the furniture. The rooms of the house are equipped with hot / cold conditioning useful for the hottest days of summer and for the cold of winter. Only one parking space is included in a private car park about 700m away from the house. Also this Holiday House, like all our houses, has the bathing establishment included in the price and reachable on foot.

Extra charges
Final cleaning and general consumption are included in the price, as are bed and bath linens. For periods longer than a week, at our care and expense, in agreement with the client and weekly, all the linen is changed. Only the final ones are included for cleaning.
Beach service is included at the Lido Belvedere beach establishment which is the best Sperlonga offers. Here you will be available for free n. 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds. The plant is central in the town and is in Via del Porto, very easy to reach on foot. The service is active from April 1st to October 31st.
The house has included in the price 1 parking space in private parking located in Via della Vite n. 100.

Sperlonga City Tax
I remind our guests that, throughout Sperlonga, the tourist tax is fully paid to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 1 per day per person (children under 14 are exempt) and must be paid in cash upon check-in.

House Rules
The check-in time is set for 15:00 but can be flexible and if the house is free from the night before your arrival, you can easily enter by 12:00. Check-out is scheduled for 10:00.
Our house is well cared for and we would like our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in the full respect of the near people and not to smoke in the house.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the person in charge of the house. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. No security deposit will be required but credit card information (no prepaid) will be requested. Damage caused will be charged even if found after check-out.
Pets are not allowed in the house

A tour around
Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages of the entire province and offers a lot to its guests. The village owes its picturesque structure to the need to oppose a defensive system against pirates that raged over the sea. Beyond a clear and clean sea that has been awarded for years with the Blù flag symbol and a beach with fine sand which both children and adults are enthusiastic about, there is the historic center characterized by narrow medieval streets with artisan shops and small shops of all kinds . The Piazzetta in the historic center is an evening gathering for a pleasant walk or a good glass with friends. A few steps further down we find the wonderful Belvedere promenade. Attention you could fall in love even more. Not far away, at about 1 km we find the National Archaeological Museum of the Grotta di Tiberio where important marble remains recovered in the adjacent Tiberius's cave, discovered in the 60s, are on display. Emperor Tiberius loved to spend his holidays divided between the residences of Capri and Sperlonga. Torre Truglia is also beautiful, overlooking the sea and overlooking the port of Sperlonga. It is important to remember that everything can be reached on foot or by bike via a modern bike path. A few miles away there are many historic towns and locations to visit and to visit: Gaeta, an ancient maritime city, Terracina with the Temple of Jupiter, Fondi, an ancient city with the Baronial Castle and cyclopean walls, Cassino with its famous Abbey, and much more.

How to reach the house
For those arriving by car, enter Sperlonga on the side towards Gaeta, arriving in the upper part of the town and go down the panoramic street Via Roma. The road will flow into Corso Cristoforo Colombo. Here we recommend unloading your luggage and then arriving at the private Tuscan car park located in Via della Vite. Once the car is parked, going 100 meters uphill towards the historic village you will find yourself along the historic road connecting the upper and lower parts of the town. Along the road, on the left there will be a lovely and beloved Madonnella waiting for you. Next is your apartment. For those arriving by train the most functional station is Fondi / Sperlonga. The station is served in a capillary way by taxi and bus to our country. For those arriving by plane there are no tips to give as everyone is at comfortable distances from Sperlonga.
