To the right, find a comfortable bedroom with a triple sleeper bed and a convenient shower room and WC.

Ascend the stairs to the main floor, conveniently level with the beach. Revel in an open-plan sitting room, dining area, and a modern kitchen fully equipped for your culinary desires. Two double bedrooms, one en-suite, and a family bathroom adjacent to the lounge area complete this level.

The main floor's highlight is the direct beach access from the lounge area through concertina doors. Step onto the expansive decking area with outdoor dining, benches, and sun loungers, surrounded by a fenced beach garden offering uninterrupted views of the coastline.

On the top floor, the master bedroom boasts a super king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while a second lounge area provides entertainment options and a balcony with panoramic views of the English Channel.

For added convenience, a hotel-style safe in the master bedroom safeguards your valuables. Bed linen, towels, and unlimited free Wi-Fi are provided. A kayak is available (at your own risk) for adventurous spirits under adult supervision, with basic life jackets provided.

Use of the Kayaks is the sole responsibility of the guests, Coastaways-Beachside Holiday Rentals Ltd and the owner do not hold any responsibility for the use of the Kayaks. Basic life jackets are available.

There are external cameras facing both the front and back doors, these cameras are positioned on the garage facing towards the front door, in the central courtyard facing towards the main house front door and also on the rear of the property facing towards the back patio doors.

While we strive to accommodate our guests' needs to the best of our ability, unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this time.

Our dedicated cleaning teams require sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the property between guests to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment for everyone. By adhering to our standard check-in and check-out times, we can maintain the high standards that we aim to provide for each guest.

For your reference, our check-in time is after 4.00 pm and our check-out time is before 10.00 am. We kindly ask for your cooperation in observing these times.
