A little challenge finding exact entrance . Street listed confusing . But once inside very happy with the apartment. Spacious and comfortable. Location fantastic. Filipa was very responsive of all our needs and requests. Had a wonderful stay !

Big space with good room for 5 adults. Nice living space and kitchen. Neighborhood is a bit louder with lots of hustle and bustle very late into the light - not an issues just a note for future guests. Good location close to the subway, bus, and Tram 28 stop.

Great stay in Lisbon

The flat worked great for our stay in Lisbon. It was clean, well stocked with amenities, had great views, and had excellent wifi. Check in was easy and the property manager was very responsive.

Outstanding apartment near main square in Lisboa

I would highly recommend this location to anyone who would like to be in walking distance of the old city but in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was very comfortable with a fully functioning kitchen. There were very good restaurants along the street that felt more local and tourist. One even had fado singers as we completing our meal which kept us there longer.

Very nice and quiet location

The apartment is fantastically located just below the castle. It was fully equipped and actually has this fantastic view over Lisbon. We would recommend the apartment anytime.

Lisbon family vacation

We had a lovely stay at the apartment which was spacious and clean. As mentioned in other reviews, there is a strong sewer smell in one bathroom as well as the kitchen. The second bathroom is small and the shower does not drain well. The building itself is under renovation. The location was great and communication with the host was quick and friendly. There are many small balconies with lovely views. Plenty of room for my family of five to spread out.

Big Appartment very cosy and convenient

The apartment is very bright and very well located. The kitchen is very well equipped. The view is also beautiful. Beds, sofas comfortable. The entrance (door and staircase) does not go with the quality of the appartment. The electronic device to open doors were not functioning but the service to help us was very good.

This spacious apartment is right in the middle of Lisbon’s tourist area. Great location.

The location, the floor plan and bedroom arrangement- ideal for a family. The bathroom smells of drains. It has got worse as the week goes on. It’s a very old building so I’m not sure anything can be done about it.

Excellent location

Just after Easter of 2024, our family of four adults had a week-long enjoyable stay in the apartment. The location is excellent! The door’s locking mechanism was trustworthy, and the first entry to the apartment with the locking/opening application was smooth. The apartment is clean and well-kept, spacious and has several bedrooms and two showers. For four of us, a second bathroom would have been nice. The apartment provides a good view of the city around. Within walking distance you can find good local restaurants, public transporation/metro, groceries, and many character neighbourhoods. The alleys may look a bit shady, but provide cultural character and we felt them safe. A great city for those who love walking and stairs.

Dream view apartment without the view

It’s easier just to show the pros & cons:Pros - location is good for reaching all areas of the cityCons - Common areas of building are shabby and in dire need of attention.Only one toilet for 3 x bedrooms.Drains smell overpowering which means keeping the doors and windows open.Neighbours dog barking at you continually if you sit on the balcony.View is totally obstructed by a massive tree right in front of balcony.Construction site immediately opposite front door. Construction machinery beep beep beep beep from early morning.We have photos to show but there is no way to upload in review.

Great apartment with amazing view

This apartment has a super spacious sitting and dining area. Many others don’t have enough seating for all the guests but this was perfect. The communication with Filipa was fast and very helpful. The rooms are clean and well very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. I really liked the apartment. A great space to base yourself. The location is good but the external escalator from Martin moniz was not working the whole week we were here and that made it a very active climb up a huge number of stairs. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Perhaps a warning that the escalator does not always working making it only suitable for fit people.

the balconies! great location spacious rooms comfy beds nice sized and comfy living rooms well stocked kitchen appreciate the racks and hangers for clothing appreciated being able to unlock the doors with your phone or entering a code (makes for easier access for several people rather than having to share a key) overall really great rental space that i would highly recommend and would certainly return to! this space has one toilet, not two yet the VRBO site says there are two toilets. (Two shower/sink rooms do not count as two toilets). There was a foul smell in the toilet room which bothered one of our friends (but not the rest of us). The smell is definitely just related to the building being historic which otherwise is an appealing quality!

Don't Be Early

We understand the need for time to clean, but having guest stand outside a cleaned and ready apartment until exactly the time of check-in is a bit authoritarian and silly. I also didn't like the requirement we have a smartphone with data in order to check-in, as I don't use my smartphone for anything but photos while on vacation, and had to purchase a data plan for Europe. So, we were dripping wet and unhappy by the time we got inside. That said, the apartment was clean and comfortable with a very nice view and in a convenient area. Despite the difficulties with check-in, I will likely book directly with Rest4Rent my next time in Lisbon, as we've been informed by VRBO we should simply deal directly with the rental properties on our own.

Wonderful!

Myself and two friends (all adults) stayed in this apartment for 4 nights. We loved it! The rooms are spacious and clean with a rack to hang your clothing. Beds are comfy with great pillows. There is no AC, but we did not mind at all and there is a mobile fan for each room and the living room. We loved opening the windows and balcony doors to let in the breeze (during our late May visit). I do think they could use some door stops since there was A LOT of door slamming due to to the cross breezes when the windows/balcony door were open. The location is perfect for exploration and close to many sites as well as a convenient grocery store. The kitchen is well stocked. The living room is comfy and there is a decent sized dining table. My favorite part were the balconies on two of the rooms as well as the larger balcony off the living room with a beautiful view. I could spend all day on that balcony! The only downside was that although the listing states there are two toilets, there is ONLY ONE TOILET (just two showers/sink rooms). That didn't bother a group of three women, but I imagine if you had any many more people, it would be difficult to share one toilet. I also love how easy it was to communicate with the renters and the way we could use our phones to unlock the doors. Overall, highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!

Un appartement bien localisé dans le quartier historique

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Il est très bien équipé et calme. La petite terrasse est parfaite pour un petit-déjeuner. Sa localisation est idéale, proche du départ du tram 28 , de celui pour Bélèm et des bus touristiques. Le château San Jorge n'est qu'à quelques minutes de marche. Bref, nous reviendrons.

bel appartement sliencieux, extrèmement bien placé pour visiter la ville à pied. Filipa a été très disponible et réactive à toutes nos sollicitations. les points d'amélioration sur l'appartement: problème d'odeur au niveau de la douche. La place Martim en contre bas n'est pas secure. Nous avons été victime d'une agression en pleine journée.
