This beach front condo was recently rebuilt in July 2018 and is basically new on the inside including appliances and kitchen.

Located on Lighthouse Point near the famous Tybee Island Lighthouse, you have a 270 degree view of the ocean with Hilton Head, Draufuskie, and Fripp Islands in view. There are no structures blocking your view as the land beside this condominium is owned by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources for bird and turtle nesting. This also means it is quiet with lots of nature nearby including deer on the beach.

There are not many places existing like this one where you can see water from every room. With a beach that is growing and building sand dunes, you have a unique setting of sea, sand, and sea oats to surround you.

Located inside the old Fort Screven, you will be in the most exclusive area of the island surrounded by new million dollar homes. This is a quiet part of the beach ideal for relaxation. The complex is gated and has two large swimming pools, baby pool, play ground and lighted tennis courts.

There are new queen-sized beds in the Master bedroom and the guest bedroom along with a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. In the Master bedroom, you can watch the sun come up over the ocean while laying in bed.


Enhanced Cleaning Procedures

After starting back up on May 1st, new cleaning procedures are in place where the normal surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant to include the areas where people come into contact with furniture such as couches, chairs, beds etc. So the whole place is sprayed with disinfectant in one form or another.

In addition, when the cleaning is taking place, being in a high wind zone on the beach, we take advantage of the wind to blow through the condo to do a complete air exchange.
