Best View On Tybee Island

Enjoy waking up to the best view on Tybee Island! The almost private beach is just outside the unit, where you will see dolphins playing, shrimp boats, and majestic cargo ships coming in and out of the Savannah port . The north end of Tybee Island is very quiet, with pristine beaches and beautiful wildlife year round.

PLEASE NOTE: This unit is located on the 3rd floor and does NOT have access to an elevator. There are 48 steps to the unit. The view is SO well worth it and we just consider it part of our daily exercise and it's the Top floor so no one is above you!

Please feel free to check out our other unit that we own in the same building. They are very similar units. Both units have amazing Oceanfront views!. The VRBO listing number is 2034639 (Unit 16C). The dates on this unit may fit your vacation needs better. Updated kitchen and baths.

21C is the perfect unit to take in the beautiful 180* view of the ocean and the Savannah river. There are two bedrooms, one with queen over queen bunk bed, and the Master Bedroom with a comfortable king bed with a new mattress. Both have private full bathrooms. The living room, dining area and kitchen are comfortable and well equipped with an adorable cottage look.

Just a 5 minute walk to the Tybee Light House. Walk or bike just a short distance to several great restaurants- North Beach Grill, Huck a poos, - they are all wonderful! Ride bikes to anywhere on the Island! You can park your car and not have to get back in it until it is time to leave if you wish!

This condo is located in Lighthouse Point Condo complex. This is a gated condo complex. On the North end of Tybee Island and the quiet end and where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a large beach but not a lot of waves. The ships come to the Savannah Port and we see dolphins almost every day we are there. Lighthouse Point features two large swimming pools OPEN YEAR ROUND (20'x50' and 25'x45') and a kids pool (10'x18'), The pools are not heated. There are 2 tennis courts, private WIFI and a community grill.

Tybee Island is just a short 20 minute drive to Historic Downtown Savannah! Take a day to tour this beautiful city and be back in the afternoon on the beach and watching the sunset!

We loved the view! And the walk down to waterfront was minimal. Good location and easily accessible to local restaurants. The owner was extremely responsive with communication. We would highly recommend this condo.

We enjoyed our stay. The ocean view was lovely and watching the freighters go by entertaining. The beach was clean and not crowded. Spent many hours watching the dolphins. It was the perfect location allowing us to spend time in Savannah. We also enjoyed many of the local restaurants with excellent seafood. Host was very kind sending suggestions and communication was easy. We would definitely return to Tybee and this condominium.

First time at Tybee

The view from this condo was spectacular! This section of the beach is HUGE with lots of sea life! The condo had plenty of room for 5 of us. The beautiful white sofa is due for a wash. This was a great pick for our first trip to Tybee! Would love to come back.

Short vacation trip

Great quiet location! Beautiful! You can watch the dolphins and ships right from the balcony or take a short walk down to the beach. Close to everything you want to do.

Nice, Quiet Family vacation

The description is true. It is a 3rd floor walk up unit with the best views of north Tybee island. It is quiet and so close to the beach. My 11 and 13 year old loved the queen sized bunk beds, we loved the king size bed. We stayed for a week and did beach all morning until lunch and then explored the island in the afternoon. We would have liked a couple more dish detergent pods, but the in unit laundry helped a ton! 4 People is the most I would fit in here comfortably. Cute nautical decor.
True to the description, this is the view from the balcony of this unit.
Overlooks wildlife refuge
mini crab pictured. Lots of shells to find. Dolphins in straight.
Huge cargo ships are fascinating to watch. They are coming in and out of the Port of Savannah.

Excellent stay on Tybee Isl., Lighthouse Point 21-C all we expected it to be. Accommodated two friends meeting on Tybee. Lots of time on the balcony. Thanks for binoculars. Took those to Savannah Wildlife Preserve. Plenty of exercises on the stairs. Unit very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Great time, great view

The view was great. The sun does not directly hit you on the balcony until very late day, which is great so you do not bake in the sun. Unit was clean. It has Roku in case weather keeps you indoors. Host was great at communication and gives helpful info. The negatives would be equivalent of 4 stories of stairs as he warns in listing, and also you have to be a bit of a contortionist to get in and out of your SUV in the tight space under the building. So people with physical limitations may be challenged by these things. These minor things are worth it with the great view and the fact that it is top floor, so nobody is stomping on your ceiling. If I come to Tybee again, I will most likely be staying here, which is the best indication of a positive experience.

Tybee Stay

The description says it is the best view on the island and I believe it. The unit is perfectly appointed. It has a cosy comfortable cottage feel. The host is readily available. The beach was very private. It has stairs, but with a little planning, they are manageable. There is a great restaurant (The Deck) downtown and a local IGA market. We spent hours on the deck enjoying the view and the outdoors. We just got back and are already planning another stay.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed this condo and visiting Tybee Island. My 76 years old knees complained a bit about the 4 flights of stairs but the view was worth it!

Amazing views

This condo has amazing views of the River and ocean. It’s in a quiet complex with pleasant neighbors. The unit is a mix of rustic and beachy. The kind owner provided excellent communication and support with a couple concerns we brought to him. The beach is huge and we found many shells, some sand dollars and starfish (we didn’t take bcz they were alive). Lots of shorebirds to watch from the balcony. We enjoyed walking to several restaurants, and a couple car trips to Savannah. All in all a great stay! Would recommend this location for any stay on Tybee Island.

The view is spectacular!

We had a great time celebrating NYE on Tybee! The condo was great. This was our first year on the north end, and it was wonderful. In other reviews, you’ve read about the stairs, and they are no joke. Lots of stairs; BUT the view is worth it! Truly spectacular! The owner is also very nice and great to work with. We’ll definitely be back!

Shiplap walls throughout the entire condo. Updated bathrooms. The view from the balcony is awesome, living room and master bedroom will be amazing! Almost all of our reviews on the condo mention how beautiful the view is from the balcony.
