This property is located in the Coosawattee River Resort which means you are able to utilize the amenities of the resort including the Rec Center with indoor olympic size heated pool, exercise room, arcade room, tennis courts, basket ball courts, putt putt golf, picnic areas at various parks within the resort and the 3 outdoor swimming pools (during summer season) at no additional cost to you for authorized groups up to 8 people. Please note, it is out of control should one or any of these amenities not be available during your stay and there should be no expectation of any refunds should this occur. None of our properties are within walking distance to the resort and depending on location, could be a 2 minute to 15 minute drive.

Sit on the large screened in back porch enjoying your favorite beverage, perhaps watching a family of geese make their way across the river or look for that boat with the serious fisherman, intent on pulling in one of the bass, cats or of course, native trout this river is known for.

The landscaped back yard is perfect for a barbeque, enjoying a campfire or just hanging out. The large hot tub is ready for soaking and relaxing, the perfect end to a great day. Inside this cabin you will feel right at home. The great room has a 42" flat screen, a beautiful stone gas fireplace, plenty of room so that no one feels cramped. The well equipped kitchen offering a Keurig Coffee Maker (and standard coffee maker too) is convenient and functional. There are two large bedrooms, the King Master is on the main level with access to the screened in porch. The 2nd bedroom (Queen) is on the upper level with it's own private balcony overlooking the river. The large loft overlooking the Great Room has 2 trundles for additional sleeping. There are two full bathrooms, one on the main level and one on the upper level, both with tub shower combos.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans

Linens for each bed, (2) bath towels (1) hand towel (1) wash cloth per person listed on reservation, dressers or closets for clothing storage, central heat & air, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, cable or satellite TV, internet, telephone for local calls.

In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle).

Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items.

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN ARE E-MAILED TO YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR GUEST LIST.

Please respond no later than 7 days prior to check in. Additional fees may apply if you choose to send in later than the 7 days.
