FOUR SEASON WATERFRONT LAKE HOUSE ON OTTER LAKE

If you are looking for a fun-filled family vacation, then this is the place for you. Loon's Nest Retreat offers over 100' of sandy lakefront on beautiful Otter Lake. This is an all seasons home with swimming, boating, fishing, and snowmobiling right out your door. Our home is located on a peaceful bay on the north east end of Otter Lake in the foothills of the Adirondacks. Located 40 minutes from Utica and just a short 15 minute drive to Old Forge, where you can spend the day at Enchanted Forest Water Safari, hike up Bald Mountain, or even take a scenic chairlift ride up McCauley Mountain.

Our home features a large eat in kitchen with all the amenities including a dishwasher, oven, stove, full size refrigerator/freezer, pots and pans, silverware, and dishes. Living room with a stone fireplace, full size bathroom, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. There are 3 bedrooms, all of which offer stunning lakefront views. On the main floor of the home is the master suite with king bed and ensuite bathroom. The guest bath is off of the dining room on the first floor. The perfect spot for the kids is the built in bunks in the hallway we like to call the "bear den." The remaining bedrooms are on the second floor; one room with two double beds and the other with one queen bed. Our home also has WIFI.

Loons Nest Retreat is perfectly located on a very large flat piece of property, perfect for children to play outdoors with a beautiful lawn that leads to the waterfront. The waterfront offers a gazebo and dock for you to enjoy breathtaking views of the lake. Enjoy fishing, boating (pedal boat available for you to use), water skiing, kayaking (there are two kayaks for you to use) and at night roast marshmallows in our fire pit.
