Easy condo for family vacation

The condo itself is as as described in the pictures. Some of the amenities were moee dated than I would have liked. Provided beach gear was an unexpected perk.

Wonderful Vacation Condo!

Great choice for your stay in Maui

The condo was the perfect size for 2 people. It has been nicely renovated and was very clean. In suite laundry was nice to have, as was the A/C. Our only complaint was the uncomfortable mattress. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Relaxing Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My partner and myself stayed in this Condo for 4 nights in July. We absolutely loved it. It was central to great restaurants and it was only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The condo was lovely and clean. We hired a car for the 4 days that we were in Maui and it was an excellent location to just jump in the car and explore the beautiful beaches. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Old and Reliable

The owner couldn't have been more gracious in the stocking of the condo. We had all we needed from cooking to beach supplies. The management company quickly took care of all our needs. No surprises, given the extraordinary price.....the unit could use a complete renovation, but we weren't looking for granite countertops and modern furniture. It was comfortable, including the bed and pull out....maybe not top of the line, but more than adequate. I would return in a heartbeat. If you want shiny and new.....spend the money. I'd rather have it for fun activities.

50th Anniversary Trip Good friends joined us from our hometown of Salisbury, NC, who were celebrating their 45th. Units were clean and equipped. Staff very attentive and took great care of the property. Always smiling!

Great location

Property had everything we needed. We have stayed at Maui Banyon before and love the complex. The condo is a little older and could use a couple updates, but very accommodating.

Nice rental

Walking distance to beach and tennis courts. Had everything we needed. Furniture is a little dated, but we rarely spent a lot of time in the space. Why vacation in Maui if you are only stay inside. ☺️ Would rent again.

Okay stay with some key issues

Overall the location and property worked out as planned. However, while there are certainly some nice things about this property, and I wish I could say I would return, but I would not return to this specific condo. The biggest specific issues are that there are some bug issues (ants and cockroaches), the AC is inadequate for the size of the unit, and the refrigerator seemed to me running on its last legs. We stocked up at the market early in our trip and found afterwards that the refer could not keep all the food cool and we lost about $100 worth of food to spoilage.

Other than being told that my room wasn’t available the same day upon arrival, due to a leak from the above room, and having to stay in another room for a few days, It was a pleasant stay. Agnes was very nice to work with.

Good value

Enjoyed staying at this rental. It wasn't as new as some other units, but I thought that was reflected in the price. Spacious and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and access to the unit was super easy. Beach is right across the road from the condo and there were beach chairs and boogie boards as well as some well used sand toys that were very appreciated.

Very clean and walking distance to the beach. Location was so easy to get to your daily needs or wants. Grounds were beautiful..If you choose to barbeque the out door covered area was wonderful. We did this several times while the kids swam.

It was our second stay at the same unit, clearly we liked it.

Improvement suggestions are the sliding door and the couch. The sliding door doesn’t work well and the couch is not comfortable to sleep overnight.

It was an amazing place to stay. Almost everything we needed was in the condo.

The only downfall from me giving 5 stars was the fact it was obvious the cleaning staff is smoking in the bathrooms. They smelled so bad. We had to wash the body towels. The shower curtain stunk like smoke. I'm pretty sure it's them because they can't smoke anywhere near there and it was fresh. The folded towels in the linen closet did not smell. Only the supposed clean ones in the bathrooms. But other than that, the location, kitchen, amenities and everything else was perfect!

We liked the condo.

Nice condo.down side is the unit needs a little TLC. The parkade side is not ideal in that the noise is constant throughout the day from garbage truck every morning and the constant employee cart traffic on lane. Tough to use lanai peacefully.

Really organized and pleasant

The property is very well maintained, clean and organized. The pool has 5 new high end grills in the same premises. The unit appliances are all new (except for the coffee maker) and the washer and drier did the daily job perfectly. It is close to the beach and to your basic shopping needs. There are beach chairs, an umbrella and even some beach toys ready for you. We were very surprised with the utensils and supplies, we felt at home.

Disappointed. Not worth the money.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there with a group, 5 rooms rented in total. I would say ours was the most outdated and DIRTY!! There was grim left behind the toilet seat, couches and carpets were dirty, bed comforter smelt like B.O., hair left in the shower. Just dirty!
