This accommodation stands out for its privacy and tranquillity, located on a fully fenced plot where you can park your vehicle with total safety.



As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by a magnificent saltwater swimming pool, bathed in sunlight for most of the day, which you can enjoy surrounded by a relaxing atmosphere with the soft sound of water falling from a decorative pitcher. From the porch, you can watch the children in the pool while enjoying a good book or a tea.



The villa is designed on a single floor, ideal for families with elderly people or young children, guaranteeing comfort and accessibility. Upon entering, you will find an open-plan kitchen integrated with a very well-equipped dining room, perfect for your meals. Additionally, the fireplace creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere during autumn or winter.



You will have three exterior rooms full of natural light, offering a relaxing and comfortable space for all guests.
