Villa Sonia is the perfect refuge for those seeking comfort and privacy without giving up convenience. Located just 10 minutes by car from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande, this independent villa offers a fully fenced plot, ideal for enjoying privacy and security, especially if you are travelling with children 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦. You can park up to 3 vehicles within the plot, without losing space for leisure or play.



As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by a beautiful swimming pool with comfortable furniture and a Balinese bed to relax, sunbathing or reading a good book 📚☀️. The pool is completely enclosed, which provides peace of mind if you are travelling with children. In addition, the spacious porch with a wrought iron barbecue is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor meals while monitoring the pool from the shade 🌳🔥.



Access to the villa is made through the kitchen, equipped with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware to prepare any meal 🍳. The house is distributed over two floors: on the ground floor you will find the kitchen, a modern bathroom with a shower tray, and a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, television and two comfortable sofas to relax. The decoration combines traditional Andalusian style with historical elements, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that invites you to spend unforgettable moments with family or friends 🔥🛋️.



On this ground floor there are two rooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. The third room, bright and quiet, is located on the upper floor and has a double bed, accessible by a staircase located above the traditional living room bar 🛏️✨.



The accommodation also has a second bathroom with a shower tray near the pool, perfect for when you are enjoying the outdoors 🚿.



You will enjoy free WIFI throughout the villa, so you can be connected whenever you want 🌐.
